We hired a double cab canopy ute for a 2 day band trip to Auckland from Wellington & had to drive through 120km wind gusts & torrential rain overnight. The ute was incredibly stable on the road in such conditions & easily negotiated the debris & slips on the state highway. Hireace service was great & all our electronic equipment stayed safe & dry throughout. Would recommend 100 percent.

Great to deal with Silverdale Hireace. Friendly, helpful, team members and smooth process throughout. Excellent vehicle too. We got the job done quicker than we expected. Hassle-free exercise top to bottom, largely due to the staff we dealt with.

From booking the vans to dropping them back after the hire everything was easy, friendly and efficient. Nothing was a problem.
The pick-up was especially well managed despite there being multiple clients coming in at once. Never felt ignored or hurried.
The vans were of a good standard and sparkling clean. They ran well, didn't really have to think about it - which means they're doing it right!

Hireace was fantastic. No need to pre-book...there was a van ready and waiting. Friendly service and very flexible (we had to change the drop off location, and extend our hire) The young lady we spoke with on the 0800 number was polite, professional and offered excellent service. All in all Hireace went above and beyond would highly recommend.
