We booked a 16 seater mini bus with hire and go and it was awesome.The team, especially John,was super professional.They made everything easy,the mini bus was clean,and the ride was smooth.Totally recommend them!

Excellent service from the guys. They always check up the day before the hire. No mistakes always checking up or going over the final details of the job. My friend used them also for a weekend trip to London. I would recommend John and Marcus anytime Gary Watson Glasgow

What a terrible service.
Me and my dad in law booked the coach together, they were due too pick up at 16:30 too make it too my 18th birthday party, driver picked up 20mins late, we had a lovely party but unfortunately the wait ruined the night at the end, we were left outside for 2 hours, it was freezing, some people have conditions so they should not be in the cold, they were then poorly...
It was a joke.

Awful service! My brother booked with this company for a return trip, pick up at 4.30 (was 40 minutes late!) Collection for return trip at 11.30 ( was almost 2 HOURS late!!!) 15 people left stranded on a cold miserable night.
Follow up: this is NOT a spam review. I was one of the passengers left stranded on the side of the road!!!!!!
Follow up number 2: Yes my entire family is leaving bad reviews because we were all on the trip that you ruined for us by leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere on a freezing cold night!
Follow up number 3!: I will continue to reply to your comments on my review. The compensation you have offered my brother is not even half of what was paid!

Awful service, my uncle booked a return trip at the cost of £390, and we were all left outside in the cold from 23:30 until 01:15!
I have 2 terminal lung diseases, (cystic fibrosis and emphysema), and left in the cold for 2 hours while waiting for the driver!
I've only just come out of a 3 week stay in hospital for poor lung function, and I now feel like to need to take more time off work to recover all over again, for being abandoned by the company on a very cold night, which effects my chest!
Also, I had an industrial injury involving my arm, (nearly chopping it off), and being in cold conditions worsens it, I've not been able to do anything all day today because of the pain I'm in and completely unable to have use of my arm.
Awful, terrible company, do not use!
The person on the line of the company phone number blamed the driver, then the driver blamed the company, so someone is lying.
Refund should be given to my uncle, without having to even ask.
Joke of a company

I received amazing customer service from Marcus today. I am arranging a hen do for my friend and was let down by another bus company a week before the trip. Marcus was lovely and accommodated me and 8 others helping arranging the transport. I was rather stressed due to the short notice however Marcus was really helpful and it took the stress out of planning. I was also very happy with the price. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Marcus for saving the day!

Absolute joke of a company. Paid £390 for a return trip. Driver was late to pickup point and didn't know where he was going despite me sending relevant postcodes. Dropped us off , I spoke with him to confirm pick at at 1130pm for our return trip. Driver/bus did not turn up !! 15 people left out in the cold and rain .

I searched for a mini bus company to take us to our destination for the school holidays. I found Hirego on the Internet. I completed and I did not notice but I received an immediate reply with a quote. Call the next day and spoke with someone he passed me to the gentleman who sent the quote. We were able to discuss our needs and requirements and he gave us suggestions and options. We were very impressed and booked straight away for our trip.
I am impressed with the forth coming answers options and offers. The professional and friendly manner we were treated with across the phone was excellent. Also the follow up phone call near the date of trip also helps with any issues or questions you may have. We will definitely be using this company again for our outings. Thanks
