Purchased a Hisense HDE3211BBUK cooker February 2024, from day 1 the oven if heated up past 200 would cut off and the timer would shut down. An engineer came out twice to fix it December 2025 as it was constantly switching off, the cooker had 2 parts replaced then in May 2026 it completely broke down including the hob, it kept blowing my fuse box, would not recommend

Long booking times incorrect parts and customer services are non dilligent
Assigned a appointment for a weeks time, engineer turned up with a ice box instead of a ice maker, booked in a week later engineer turned up with a incomplete part which was fitted but therefore led to leaking water in the freezer, then booked in again for another week later but cancelled as I managed to salvage parts from both faulty and working unit to complete my repair myself. But for the average person who is not DIY friendly this would be upsetting !

Catastrophic structural failure WITHIN WARRANTY - Zero support from Hisense
I am writing this to warn other consumers about the appalling product quality and lack of accountability from Hisense UK. My washing machine (model WFQP9014EVM, Serial No: 1WJ090496V0WWA24P120322), purchased in June 2024, suffered a catastrophic structural failure after only 22 months.
An official inspection by Domex confirmed a major manufacturing defect: the inner drum, spider assembly, and bearings have completely failed, making the machine unsafe to use. I see from other reviews that I am not alone in this; it seems to be a common structural issue that the company refuses to address.
Most importantly, I have a valid Warranty Certificate which is up to date until 24/06/2026. Despite providing this certificate, the serial number, and a professional report confirming a manufacturing defect, Hisense has refused to provide any remedy or support while the machine is still under warranty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must last a reasonable amount of time (which is up to 6 years for washing machines). A failure after only 22 months is a clear breach of my statutory rights. Hisense has failed to provide a product of satisfactory quality or honor their warranty. Avoid this brand!

Not what I expect from top company
This is the 3rd Hisense TV that we’ve purchased and sadly the worst. Always needs retuning and reconnecting to WiFi. Hisense gave us trouble shooting ideas which didn’t help. I returned to retailer in the end for refund, sadly they only offered to repair it. Put in new cpu unit but problem is still there. I would have hoped Hisense would replace under goodwill. Even though our other 2 TVs are same brand no problems I would be reluctant to buy again. We obviously got a dodgy one which should have been replaced without question.
Poor Customer Service and No Follow-Up
I bought a fridgefreezer on 2712/2024. I noticed that the fan of the fridge was stopped working October 2024 and I first reported the issue on 5 November 2025, and an engineer attended on 4 December 2025. Following a brief inspection, I was advised that replacement parts would need to be ordered and that I would be contacted once they arrived.
Unfortunately, I have not received any updates since that visit. I have also sent further emails to your support team and attempted to contact customer service by phone on several occasions. Most recently, I waited on hold for approximately 40 minutes without being able to speak to anyone.
The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing.

Product is making a funny noise, so I called them up and they sent someone to have a look. Took a few pictures and a video and went away. A few days later I had an email stating it was in working order. Still making the same noise to this day. Very poor service when they don't want to replace something

Tv is great.Bought the high refresh rate, unfortunately the 3.5 socket wasn’t a headphone jack, so tv was not good for late night tv viewing with headphones .Had to buy an optical connection and the switching mechanism was too complicated for the intended user. I know cables are old school but perhaps something that is old is worth keeping.But the tv is great. Thank you

The main oven does not have an…
The main oven does not have an indicator to notify when the chosen temperature has been reached. Further on buying an oven thermometer this showed the oven never reached the chosen temp and is usually more than 20de C less. This is unsafe. The rings are back to front i.e. the large and small rings are not diagonally opposite each other making impossible to place different sized pans on the hob. The rings are also difficult to control the heat i.e. they are either very hot or switch of themsleves.

The repair man iver all was okay, friendly enough however before leaving he didnt reattach the water inlet pipe to the machine, hes chipped a chunk out my worktop, and left my vinal floor all bunched up and folded ontop of its self
