I wish I would have seen those reviews before I bought a collar of 100 € from them. On the product page only 5 star reviews which convinced me, plus a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Delivery was promised within 3 days. It all sounded great. The collar arrived much later than promised. It took over a week and customer service never responded to me. One day the package actually arrived, but after testing it for a few weeks, I can say that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I now want to send it back, and again, I'm not getting any response. This is a scam shop that should be avoided at all costs.

Hiso Pet GPS cat collar - Petkit Smart Tag, this product has nothing to do with GPS. You have to be close to the collar, there is no GPS link to indicate your position. There is only the sound of the collar, but you have to be very close to hear it; the name is misleading!

Order 1 'GPS' cat newckless received but useless that I wanted to return but never received any reply from their helpdesk on how to do it/contact despite 5 emails. This is a fraud website to avoid at ALL PRICE.

TERRIBLE SERVICE-Ordered a Small size Cat Collar which took forever to arrive-when it did it wasn't even the correct measurement as advertised and wouldn't fit a Ferret never mind a small cat. To date I have sent FOUR EMAILS asking for instructions to send it back-I didn't even request a refund-I simply wanted to return in exchange for a larger size-not one single reply received-They are simply IGNORING me-I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy and wouldn't have even left One Star if there had been a facility to leave none at all. I have lost my money and am stuck with a useless piece of kit which didn't even have the described Batteries included!! There wern't any!!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS
