I was a student at learning&skills College online course for functional skills maths course. The tutors are friendly.very helpful and supportive. I can go in office when I don’t understand a topic. They help me understand and I became very confident in maths. I have passed when I sat the exam for the first time. I will recommend this college to friends and family to come here that include everyone.
Come to this college guys. If u are struggling with both maths and English. They are one of the best colleges. They deserve a goal medal.

Hit has a huge collection of games both new and old with many discounts offered pretty much all the time. The games are brand new, packaged well and arrived very quickly usually with tracking from Royal Mail. They also have a loyalty point scheme. A great website to buy from.

This was my first experience in ordering with Hit.co.uk under its new management.
I'd been an avid buyer from both the previous Hit and Base.com (even back to the dvd.co.uk!) and was always happy with their service. This hasn't changed, despite the charge of hands.

They always offer competitive prices on new releases, and are quick to help if you have an issue or query.

I had to contact customer services regarding my order, and Kevin went above and beyond when dealing with my questions. He was very down to earth and put my mind at ease.
The game arrived safely, was very well packaged, and all my worries put to rest.

I hope this company continues to thrive, as they are very passionate about the service they provide.

Item went missing in the post and delivery was never updated and they passively aggressively accused me if stealing ! Terrible company

I’ve been using Hit for a long time in both the Base era, and prior management.

Consistently offering competitive pricing, reliable delivery for preorders and clarity about when payments are taken for preorders I’ve always had good service.

I’m glad to say it’s continued into the new era, and they’ve gone above and beyond in terms of being helpful with a customer service query.

I’ve been shopping with Hit.co.uk for several years including when they were known as Base. They've been my go-to for pre-ordering games in the UK. What stands out is their consistently competitive pricing. I often find games cheaper here than on other sites (including digital-only stores), which is a huge plus.

The delivery is always reliable too. Whenever I pre-order a game, it arrives in time for release day without fail. Knowing I can count on them to get my orders to me when they say they will is nice.

My only criticism is that they usually don't offer SteelBook or special edition variants of new releases. For these, you have to buy elsewhere.

Overall, I’m really happy with the service. Competitive prices, reliable delivery, and no hassle. I highly recommend Hit for any gamer looking for competitive prices and fast, dependable service.

I wasn't sure if they were still trading so emailed them . They got straight back to me and reassured me they were , so successfully placed an order and thanked them for replying so quickly to me . Within a few mins I had notification to say my order had been packed and should be with me by Monday, I was well pleased , and as always their prices are really good , thank you Hit , another birthday present sorted.

I’ve used HIT for years so was really disappointed when the site was closed, but I’m really happy they’re back now!

I bought myself Stellar Blade which came in good time, plus preordered Astro Bot which arrived on the day of release!! I’ve also preordered Silent Hill 2 Remake and will continue to buy my games exclusively from HIT as they’re the only place I trust!

I just tried to log onto the hit site and have seen that it’s down for now. I have been a customer with base.com and then with hit and they’ve been absolutely fantastic for me, for about 10 years, could be more. The delivery times were always spot on, and the pricing was great. I really felt like my orders counted in Keeping a smaller e-retailer going, so if they have gone into liquidation, I for one will be sorry about that. Fingers crossed they come back soon, I will continue to purchase all my Xbox games via hit!

I’ve been buying from Hit for years now and always been very happy with their service and prices. Their customer service is great and they’re the exact type of company I like to support compared to Amazon or other big chains.

Recently their website is down and after emailing their CS it seems they’re reorganising and hoping to open again in the future. This is such a shame and the exact reason why small businesses need to be supported by consumers.

As a small business owner myself I can relate to the struggles of competing with bigger companies. I hope that Hit comes back soon and I will continue to support them when buying games.

Same here, a great site for games not overly priced. The 404 not found page is worrying as it would be a shame to lose a company like this with great service.

I've bought several games through these guys, both as Hit and prior to that as Base, and they've always had the best prices and - usually - delivered on time.
When I tried to go on there today though to make another pre-order, I get a '404 Not Found' message... does this mean they've gone out of business, or is it just a temporary tech problem? Really hope it's the latter, because I've got a bunch of pre-orders queued up with them! :-(

Pre-ordered Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree CE (£230) as soon as it was listed on the site, just after it was announced. Everything I'd bought with them up to this point, perhaps 10-20 PS5 titles, I had zero issues with so thought this would be identical. Had an email today, approx 2 months after pre-ordering, **1 week before release**, telling me that there's no stock to send me. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? Stupidly bought a £82 display case for the figure just before being told I was getting sweet fa from them. Will be taking my business elsewhere going forward as it means that, in my head, if I pre-order another item then it might turn up or it might not. I don't expect to get the same item from another retailer this late in the window but I tried with another two retailers anyway (hopium overdose is an understatement!)

I guess Amazon has the power to get stock of everything they sell so I'll be paying them instead of this independent game stores. Which is a shame but, hey ho. I'd much prefer to spend my cash somewhere other than that billion dollar, multinational, tat-bazaar but this kind of treatment leaves me no choice.

I think this company may have made a mistake when they registered their domain. Looks to me like they're missing the letter 'S' out of their url.

I used to buy many games from this seller, but suddenly they stopped shipping to Europe. All my points are gone, my pre-orders were canceled, and I'm very disappointed. I reached out to customer service, and they assured me everything would remain the same after the name change. However, this isn't true, as they still won't ship to me.

Two games in a row that have been delayed
I purchased Dragons Dogma 2, and got an email the day before release saying that there was a problem with my order in their warehouse, and that it was going to be delayed. Cool NBD, appreciated the heads up.

I've ordered Eyuiden Chronicles, release date tomorrow, and got another email saying the same thing.
