I can’t tell you how much I love this company. Everything is sent in good time, prices are very competitive and I’ve never had an issue with them. I like the simplicity of their site and everything I’m searching for comes up with out any issues. I’ve been using HIT for a few years now and it’s been an absolute pleasure, thank you to everyone at this company that works hard to get things out to me on time!

Ordered Rise of the ronin PS5. got in touch with them yesterday to find out why it still hasn't been dispatched, only to be told their having issues and will dispatch it hopefully on launch day and canceled the order for me even though I didn't ask them to cancel it... plus why didn't they let me know sooner and ask if I wanted it canceled. Bring back Base, HIT are awful.

To much surprise HIT had FFVII Rebirth deluxe edition in stock of release day. It arrived 24 hours later.

Excellent company, I ordered a game from Hit, as it was the best price available at the time. The website was easy to navigate around and the delivery was very quick after ordering. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, many thanks A+.

They do not understand consumer laws. Refused refund or redelivery. Wanted me to chase the courier service to find my missing item. Now emailing me because I’ve made a dispute via my bank saying they would have refunded me anyways - even thought the only way they said I could get a refund was if the courier said the item was missing (they claim it was delivered when it wasn’t) - so that was never going to happen.

Poor customer service. Poor delivery. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered ff7 rebirth for pre order on release day. Was worried it wouldn't arrive on time so even emailed customer service to make sure who re assured me it was a day one order and due to be delivered on release day but nothing...

Will not be ordering from here again. Would definitely not recommend if you want you games delivered upon release!

Update 2nd March and still no delivery. Definitely avoid these guys for release day pre orders!

Ordered FFVII rebirth for delivery on release day been waiting in all day and still haven't received it.

I'm hoping it arrives by tomorrow because it's getting late now so doubt it's going to come today.

Don't use this company for pre orders they NEVER turn up on release day.

They were the only retailer that had the FF7 Rebirth Deluxe edition in stock. It had sold out everywhere else.

I hadn't used them before but, decided to take the £100 risk. I just recieved what I ordered, on release day. Well packaged, in perfect condition.
