Brilliant super smooth process, brand new original authentic shrink wrappped ps4 game (which is relatively old title) arrived very quickly and was well packaged and arrived safely. I love the fact that had there been any issues whatsoever there is a dedicated landline number with an actual human on the end of it. The price was less than elsewhere online and surprisingly kept at this (historically) low price - despite the fact its a title that still draws interest yet there aren't many companies that still sell it. If you ask me that tells me something about the company's genuine approach to pricing, value and customer satisfaction. It's a HIT with me and on my daily website routine. Please use this company!

Appalling service. Ordered a game for my son for Christmas and had to panic but the digital version when it didn't arrive even though I waited in excess of two weeks. Now they won't refund even after sending mails and evidence. Will never use again.

Yeah, they were really good when they were base.com but bought out last December and that's when the problems began. I ordered a PS5 game, they couldn't send it because they didn't have it in stock, even though the item was available for purchase on the website. They then cancelled my order after about a month only to put the same game out at twice the price the very next day. A ploy to get people to just go, oh alright then and buy at extra cost. Pretty disgusting.

Ordered a game my son wanted for christmas.
Initially they gave me no tracking so contacted them and they replied it was delivered a week before and then provided me with tracking info.
So back and foward with emails they have said it was poster through my letterbox (i have no letterbox) to which they replied they had been on google maps and all houses in my street have lettetboxs 😂.
My house and my neihbours do not.

To think i would want to waste my time over christmas trying to rip a company off for about 15 quid is an insult

Item was by far the cheapest anywhere, and from ordering to receiving took five days, which was perfectly fine by me, as postage was free, and there was also a tracking number. The item was also well packaged.

A very happy customer there, and I'll certainly be using Hit again in the future.

Never again I will use this business to buy anything. I placed my order on the 1st of December , today is the 13th of December and my one item haven't even been dispatched yet because they do not have what they offering on the website! I had one rude reply explaining they waiting on stock! Never again !

Ordered a Ps5 game on hit.co.uk now called (Base) because it was the cheapest i found the game. It said delivery 2-7 days. By day 4 i rang and asked why my game had not been dispatched yet, and was told i had the 2-7 day window. So i thought ok il wait . I then phoned them on day 6 and asked if they waited till 7 days to send a game as i might aswell have ordered from China. They fobbed me off with the weekend being an issue ,as i ordered on a Sat. Then said they have to wait for the supplier. Its over a week now and i have cancelled. Rubbish company. You do get what you pay for should have just ordered elsewhere.

I have the same issue. Grandsons birthday tomorrow. 5 days no tracing details wish I had ordered elsewhere.

Bought a couple of games with no issues then my last order was for two games. Only received one. Emailed to asked if this had been parcelled separately. I was then told that this is a family business and they “remember packing my order” just so happens and there was definitely 2. Told me the weight of the parcel was for two games…fully dispute this as I have been the post office and asked them to weigh and would you know the weight is the same. I will now be going to my bank to retrieve the money. Scam business and won’t use again.

Ordered a game on weekend and order cancelled this afternoon saying insufficient stock. Not refunded my money though and will likely take x amount of days to refund. Won’t be ordering again from this company as I now will need to go purchase for more in a high street shop as I needed this for a birthday present. Had I known this earlier I would have ordered online from another retailer
