I have ordered twice from this website. I must say I never trust reviews online when they sound so positive about something but I just want to tell you all my experience, hopefully someone, who looks up this website to see if its trustworthy, finds this review and find this information to be helpful to make a decision whether or not to buy from hitcigars.
I live in Amsterdam. Since they passed a law to ban menthol tasting sticks in EU (not sure if I can use some other words to refer to the smokable sticks) I had to ask friends that went outside of EU to bring me some menthol sticks. It was always a struggle.
I have ordered twice from hitcigars and I must say both of the times I received what I ordered. It was carefully packed and with such vague and small description of what it was. It went through customs quite easy.
Howeverrr.. I had some issues. The first order I made, I open the package I received and smelled a very strong clove like odor. I ordered 5 packages. 4 marlb.. and 1 cam...
I opened my first package of sticks and lit one up. It was a combination of kretek and normal sticks. Nowhere they said that the sticks would be kretek. All 5 packs were like this.
Not saying they are not legit, they had a duty sticker and everything although not what I ordered. I dont like kretek.
My second order I just got 2 days ago. Did a little bit of research and made sure not to make the same mistake again. Looked the sticks up I was going to order and ordered 6 packages.
I ordered 11-11 and received the packages om 27-11. 16 days!
It is a gamble. Its always a gamble buying sticks online from outside of EU but if you have the balls and money to do so, I highly reccommend this company.
I want to end this review warning everybody that there is a possibility that customs opens the package and destroys it or send it back. Try to order small amounts as I did. 6-7 packs will be my limit. If I lose the money at least I dont loose a big amount and such small packages will not be the main focus of customs. Hopefully this review helps with your decision whether or not to buy from this company.

I live in the United States, and no one carries Golden Virginia tobacco here. I found HitCigars online, which carried Golden Virginia, so I decided to give it a try as my only option on 07/24/24. I received my order on 08/07/2024. My only suggestion for them would be to accept credit card payments on their website for easier checkout, rather than using a transfer option that takes a long time to set up and involves a lot of details. I will be ordering again.

The pricing was good
The pricing was good, but the shipment took 2 weeks which was a little bit too long. The payment was a little hard to do as well. And the product was not what I expected. The grape doesn't taste like grape, they all just taste menthol. Not bad, but not what I expected from the packaging that said purple remix and grape, I expected more flavor.
