I keep unsubscribing from their mailing list and they still keep spamming me. I have never bought anything from their website, I do not know how they got my email. I don't even smoke. I've tried reaching out but they are very rude.
I have taken a screenshot of said spam emails but It doesn't allow me to post a picture on here.

Nice clear website. Shipping takes time depending on location. Some reviews mention customs charges. It does clearly say on the website (and the 'regional websites') packages are declared as tobacco. This might be a slight change as previously I think this only applied to regional sites (not 100% sure). So there might well be a customs charge, that's just part of shopping overseas. Note - the previous review pointing this out was removed (!) but this just seems useful information to me.

Great experience, placed an order for 1 carton of Camel Activate Double Purple and 10 individual packs for a total of 20 packs. Easy to pay with cryptocurrency and the payment confirmed within an hour.
Received a shipping notification email around 5 days later , package shipped with tracking, received from Turkey to the USA in around 10 days, no issues with customs, packed well and protected, no damaged packs on delivery.
They have a great selection of flavored and menthol cigarettes at great prices, all genuine duty free cigarettes.

Really good customer service
Really good customer service, ordered 2 cartons from them and they arrived in pretty good condition, some scuffing to the packaging but overall did not effect the product. Wished I got a cardboard carton rather than a plastic one but it arrived in almost perfect condition. Shipping, once the order was shipped arrived quite quickly and I had no issues with clearing customs or anything like that. Will be recommending this site to my friends and will buy again in the future.

Misleading, slow, bad overall
Unbelievably slow, no excuses for the delays and misleading communication. I kept receiving emails that my package was delivered without an actual delivery. Everytime, when asked, they would say that for unknown reasons the package was returned. At some point they offered a refund but I decided to wait more. The next time the package was returned I asked for the refund they offered and they said that it is a partial refund as this being my fault. So basically I payed 80 euro for a product I never received for "unknown" reasons and I received a refund of 14 euro (which I am not even sure that has been deposited). The order was placed in September 2023 and the whole drama ended in December.

Update: Your answer is exactly the issue. It is misleading. On 28th of September you offered a full refund. I am sure that you can see that by checking your email exchanges.
Update: You can continue providing info on what you state on your website and your perfect way to throw your responsibility over the fence to your customers. The fact is that I did not receive the product that I paid for with months of delay while I was charged for your expenses. Furthermore, you did not provide a full refund while it was offered. Again that after 3 months of wait. At this point even if I received the full refund I wouldn't consider changing my review. Let whoever reads that whole conversation make an educated decision on whether they should trust your online shop or not.

As you know that your order was shipped on 21 Sep 2023 and it returned because of unknown reason.
So we reshipped your order on 17 Oct 2023 but it returned from Netherland Customs.
We can not know destination country local customs rules for all countries. Sometimes they have very slow shipment process so we can not do anything about it.
So all customers must be aware of their local customs laws about purchasing online tobacco from overseas (non-EU) countries by post before place an order.
As a result, we offered two options according to our Reship & Refund Policy;
RESHIP

These guys must know allowed countries to ship to but they will not limit this on their website, they just let you be responsible for knowing trade laws and could not care less to help you out. Horrible customer service, stay away from them.
In your reply you state customers must be aware as if you do not know where you are eligible to ship and you do not even give ANY support to trace package!!! Ten million times I asked you for a contact of your delivery provider, you NEVER ever gave me any contact mail or reference, just told me to deal with everything myself!!!! What type of service is that? Am i supposed to have crystal ball?
Deal with people respectively if you yourself wish to be respected!
Tobacco is allowed in NL so when a package is lost, any normal company raises a query OR gives a contact mail or phone to their customers when they expect customers to resolve issues. You do NONE of that and expect your customers not to be frustrated at all!

Bought five packs of Djarum Vanilla (new packaging).
I've been smoking clove cigarettes for a long time and these are possible counterfeits. If not counterfeit, just poor quality. The reviews all say they're very sweet, too sweet, 3 day shipping, etc.
They burn very fast (within 3 minutes, average for the mildest clove cigarette is around 10 minutes), there are no clove stains on the paper (these occur naturally). The packaging is thin and flimsy, but the letters are raised on the logos. There is a number stamped under each pack, but they're all the same.
The taste is harsh, too. Considering it only has 10mg tar (which is 5mg lower than Djarum MLD), this raises red flags. Doesn't have the usual mild numbing from the eugenol in the clove, doesn't smell like it should, the crackling sounds are minimal, no vanilla, and as I said, the inhale is harsh and strong. When they sold these here in the USA a long time ago, they were sweet, had a strong scent, tasted pleasant, and took a while to burn through.
Shipping was extremely slow. From order to received, it was 8/19/23 to 9/16/23, almost a month. Ordered 8/19, shipped 8/31, received 9/16. After waiting for a week, I emailed them and said they would be shipped at a specific date but it took them a few more days and an email to motivate them. Also suspicious is their website is registered to godaddy and hidden with domainsbyproxy. But the strangest part is there are identical clones at backwoodsonline, backwoodcigarsonline, hitcubans, cigarsofdubai, batumidutyfree, and probably a few more that I missed.
Just as bizarre is the countries involved: Their address is in Portugal, shipped from Turkey, but these cigarettes are not for the Turkish market (they have been use plain packaging with graphic warnings since 2019, but mine only have a text warning). This is a rabbit hole best avoided.
I would rate this site as very suspicious and to be avoided. For cigars, reddit has a trusted list and for cloves, there's a much better one that ships direct from indonesia.
