My name is Herman Joersen, And I now have the 3rd bike from Hitway; first the BK5 and the BK6, which we really liked, but now we have a BK33 and that is quite an improvement.

It seems like Hitway bikes are getting better and nicer all the time.
Now all I need are turn signals on the bikes, so I can keep both hands on the handlebars when I change direction.

On January 24th, the courier company picked up the returned electric bicycle. On the 26th, the tracking showed the order was completed. I emailed customer service the same day the bike was taken, stating that it was disrupting my daily commute and requesting a refund as soon as possible because I needed a new bike. However, as of February 4th, I still haven't received my refund! OK! You guys like to play games! I'm initiating a bank changeback and submitting all the evidence. Now, Hitway, you can explain this to the bank yourselves!
