Hjort Knudsen armchairs - take care of reklamation is below standard
We bought quite valuable battery operated Hjort Knudsen armchairs from Kallen Kaluste, Finland. The delivery of the chairs was delayed by about a month. After long negotiations, we were able to use the loan chairs for Christmas. After receiving the purchased Hjort Knudsen armchairs, we complained about the control knobs, which Kallen Kaluste's representative stated that 3 of them were broken. We agreed that they will be replaced by the manufacturer. According Hjort Knudsen the control buttons are not broken. Handling complaints is below standard by Hjort Knudsen. You should check the products very carefully and pay the invoice only after delivery. Otherwise, the buyer has no opportunity to negotiate with Hjort Knudsen. They don't even answer our messages anymore. Nowadays, they requires payment of the invoice in advance before delivery. We can't recommend this business going forward.

Poor quality and 2 year guarantee is worthless.
Bought a very expensive sofa set in the UK made by Hjortknudsen.
The foam/padding in one of the seats has collapsed after just over a year.
Even though they say they give a 2 year guarantee, they do not.
They have told us we have no warranty.
So, if you want to spend thousands and thousands of euros or pounds on a Hjort Knudsen sofa set, be very careful, the products are not great quality and the guarantee is worthless.
