Jody has been absolutely fantastic throughout my remortgage. Always answering any queries even outside working hours and also when she was on holiday. Elaine has also been very helpful throughout and I can't thank them both enough.

The service I received from Hlc consulting was first rate. My advisor jody Ashford went above and beyond. The communication was excellent, can't fault anything definitely recommend.

Jonathan and Elaine provided top-notch services during our recent house move. They were accessible over the phone in most instances and returned calls on most occasions despite the pressured situation imposed by the pandemic lockdown on services. I have worked with Jon Hems and his team on many property purchases and remortgages over the last 8 years, both residential and BTL, and can't speak highly enough of the service provided. They always find an option even with more complicated purchases, are very responsive with any queries or when updates are required, and work hard to find a solution when challenges arise. Whether it be moving home with short timescales, or building a BTL portfolio, the help we have had from Jon in particular has been invaluable.
