Just wanted to express my gratitude towards everyone in this company called HMD LEGAL, there is nothing that you would expect to be done better once dealing with this company! I am happy having benefited from the service they provided! Just wonderful!!! Thank you so much!!!

This is the third time I have used HMD Legal. The best bit is the price, but the service and updates are very good as well. I used them to both buy and sell my last home. Don't be concerned about them not being your 'local solicitor' Most conveyancing work is heading online now, and it doesn't matter where they are.

The team were very professional, efficiant & responsive. We were selling two properties & buying one together so dealing with three different solicitors the other two were slow, incompitant as getting things wrong not proactive and made the process difficult, prolonged & stressful but HMD legal kept us sain & delt with the other solicitors as well as they possibly could. I would recommend this company without hesitation & wish to thank them for all they accomplished on our behalf.

The whole team was fantastic worked so quickly to finish all the paperwork in order to get us our move sorted. We were renting and the landlord wanted her house back and we didn’t have much time to get this purchased sorted. However, Simay and Co, within 30 days got all the steps done.

HMD Legal's online platform made tracking the progress of my sale so clear and easy to follow, and also allowing simple document uploads and downloads, even sending small notes/comments to the legal team instead of sending emails.
Updated with important information regularly and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I can't recommend enough- thank you so much Hannah and the rest of the team!

HMD Legal have a professional online system where it is easy to review your case and the next steps required. Communication is good with a dedicated team dealing with each case. I found the whole process easy and without issue.

Our home purchase was not run of the mill and HMD handled it well. They were quick to respond to emails and provide support throughout the process. They had a "can do" approach so absent in others we have experienced. We wanted to exchange and complete on the same day and they did this for us without any fuss. They are the only solicitor we have ever used that we would use again.

I was allocated HMD Legal for the purchase of a property and dealt with Grace Braim and Caroline Renton (and a few others). I have been seriously impressed with the service received. Emails have been responded to usually within the hour of being sent. The advice has been excellent, and I really felt that I had someone in my corner protecting my interests. I am super impressed which for me is a rarity. I have already recommended them to others and would not hesitate to use them again. Well done to Grace and all of the team at HMD Legal.

Although initially we felt we weren't kept fully informed after appointing HMD, this changed totally once exchange of contracts got nearer. We were then updated promptly every step of the way, all the way to completion. All staff are professional, helpful and friendly.
