A few other people also felt that while the program offers incredible value, it requires significant personal effort and is not a guaranteed path to overnight wealth.

We Teach You Wholesaling. That's It. Maybe you've watched the videos and thought, "I want to do this, but I have no money, no license, no experience, and honestly no idea where to actually start." That's exactly who we built Hold My Hand Wholesale for. The name isn't a gimmick. It's the promise. We walk you through your first wholesale real estate deal step by step, and we stay with you until you've done it. Here is exactly what your $19.99 a month gets you, so you can judge for yourself before you pay. Live coaching runs up to five hours a day, so when you get stuck on a call, a contract, or a number, a real person talks you through it, not a chatbot or a ticket queue. Plain-English video courses take you in order, from finding a property to the assignment of contract that gets you paid. You get deal calculators and AI underwriting so you're never guessing whether a deal is really a deal, plus ready-to-use wholesale contracts and cold-calling scripts, and access to a network of active cash buyers, because a signed contract means nothing until someone buys it. Then there's our Buy Box Cartel software. It checks how many real cash buyers would actually purchase a given property, builds you a defensible cash offer, and even structures creative finance offers automatically. We teach seller financing, subject-to, and mortgage takeover too, not just cash assignments, so you can make offers on houses other wholesalers walk away from. This is real estate education built as a low-cost monthly membership you can cancel anytime, not a five-figure course from a guru who vanishes after you pay. We won't promise you a Lamborghini or a specific paycheck. What we promise is that when you sit down to learn to wholesale, someone knowledgeable is holding your hand until you close your first deal.

If you’re new

If you’re new, HMHW seems too good to be true, $20 to potentially earn thousands more in the same month? What’s the catch? Richard and his team do take 40% of profit from your deals but I’m talking about $3000 assignment fees MINIMUM… you get to walk away with $1,800 that you wouldn’t have had without them anyways.. this is tried and tested, it’s real and I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Put in the work and don’t be lazy $20 is nothing compared to the immense value this discord holds.
