I can see that the tracking says that it has been delivered but if that is not the case I ask you to contact our customer service via kundenservice@hobbii.de so they can reach out to DHL to start a claim for the lost parcel and make sure that you get your order.

Extra payment for customs clearance
I love the product, always satisfied with the product. But what I didn't like was the delivery time and the problems I had receiving the product. I had to pay extra at the post. I should have looked for this in the FAQ before placing the order, but I didn't because I trusted the free delivery.

I am very sorry for the delivery delay but am happy to hear that you are satisfied with our products.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs duties; these are calculated by the Swiss customs authority.
For all shipments with a value exceeding 65 CHF, customs duties are applicable, and they are calculated by the Swiss Post. The fixed flat rate is 16 CHF per package, plus 3% of the value of each package.
If your order needs to be split into multiple packages due to its weight (more than 2.9 kg), the Swiss Post will calculate 16 CHF plus 3% of the value for each package.
