I love Hobby Genki! I have ordered lots of figures from here. The private warehouse function is very useful. Their customer service has always been great.

First time ordering from hobby genki, and couldn’t be more happy with my order,really satisfied, and would order many many times!!!

It took awhile but it was shipped well and the merch is good and they notified me every for step in the delivery process.

I was a bit skeptical when I first found this website but now I use this website to purchase figures directly from Japan to cut out the middleman to save some money. I have also bought a few of figures with the pay later feature which helped me control when to pay. The shipping was quicker than other websites I have used before. I will be using this store in the future to buy more import figures.

As an international customer, I really appreciate the payment options and the easiness to order products. From my time with them so far no package has been lost or damaged, making them a secure store for collectors. I just wish they had more pay later options or stock, these usually are sold out pretty quickly.

It is one of the best online stores to buy all kinds of figures, the prices are competitive, they have more shipping options and the packaging of the figure is so good that I did not expect the figure I bought to arrive impeccable, honestly I will continue buying with them.

I have been using Hobby Genki for over 6 years now and can say that it is an impecable service and are very good on customer service. In my experience it is always better to choose EMS rather than the private companies. I have a local post 1 min away from my house and all my packages get delivered there super quickly after product launch or in stock. Thank you very much!!!

I have ordered numerous times on this website and each and every time was a great experience. I enjoy the website as an American because sometimes the prices are much better than the ones you'll find on American stores. Shipping is usually pretty good if you choose the right options
