Been using Hobby Genki for almost 2 years and i never been disappointed.

I often order items to Germany. It's always fantastic that everything works so smoothly. Fast express shipping, careful packaging, and everything is always to my complete satisfaction.

I had a figure come with a lower half full of defects. After sending photos of the detailed parts, they sent out an entire lower half of the figure for replacement, for a figure that was no longer even available. Great customer service, thanks!

I purchased a Mafex No.227 Luke Skywalker from H-G almost a year ago and one of the accessories (lightsaber) broke after a fall off the shelf.

Even though the figure was well outside the warranty, H-G got a replacement accessory out of their spare parts bin and shipped it to me in the states. Thank you so much H-G team, you are absolute legends!

Their customer support is good and fast, usually good shipping times and competitive prices.

Good Experience, easy to buy and reliable

I've been shopping there for years and they've always been very helpful. They also have a wide variety of items at much better prices than other Japanese import stores. It's one of my favorite stores when it comes to choosing my purchases.

Reasonable price. The warehouse team was slow at preparing packages before; however, the speed was greatly improved recently. The customer support is also quick and helpful. They shipped a replacement kit after I pointed out there’s a defect on the original one. Really recommend this website.

I've used Hobby Genki quite a few times over the last 2 years. They always have Revoltech bonuses which I appreciate very much and usually are one of the first to put new items up for pre-order. Sometimes I get new release news from them first. I've never had a shipping issue, and the product is always well protected. Usually, I'd say they're quicker than average to ship a purchase. This last time was very fast. I'm glad they now have a loyalty program for people like me who buy with some frequency. Haven't interacted with customer service much so can't speak to that. Prices can range from the best you'll find to reasonable at the worst. Thanks HG.

I recently ordered the Kotobukiya Bass.exe model kit from Hobby-Genki and I was very pleased with the experience. The price and shipping was very reasonable and beat out the price on any U.S. based website. They were very good with reaching out about the status of my order and the shipping/tracking. The model kit arrived in very protective packaging and the box was in pristine condition. I will definitely come back to this website the next time I want to order another Mega Man model kit or any other Japanese figures!
