2. Postage price of $20 for the 2 pulley was rather high, considering that they are small and very light items.

Have just opened my overlocker and there are missing components. No dvd which I noticed SHOULD be included and no waste tray! Hopefully the machine works better than the distributor who sold me the thing!

How disappointing for you.
The Husky S15 manual states it does come with a waste tray & interactive DVD so we are not sure why there wasn't one in the box. We will chase this up with Husqvarna for you when they return on the 8th January. Our online team will be in contact.

Huge let down in service
Huge let down in service
I ordered a cover stitch machine for my work. nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email for waiting the machine.despite not having the item in stock! And then took another fourteen days to process my order.
The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time and better customer service.

Hobbey Sew at Ryde is just THE BEST!
With Hobbey Sew at Ryde there are so many points that make it worth a top rating for me. The welcome to the shop is always warm and the offer of assistance appropriately enthusiastic, never intrusive. The range of fabrics is wonderful and not only for a hobbyist or quilter but dress maker as well. The range of machines and over lockers is extensive covering most major brands and from basic beginner machines to glorious long arm quilters to embroidery machines to quilting friendly machines and, importantly, the sales staff really have an in depth knowledge of these machines. There is a range of interesting classes on offer as well as customer led interest groups that meet regularly. The staff are top notch led by Anna, some of whom I deal with regularly, Nora and Jade, as well as others who names escape me at the moment. I couldn’t ask for more in a fabrics based shop!

click and collect system AWFUL
ordered something on click and collect almost a month ago, and i’m still waiting for the product to be available in store. if product is able to be bought for click and collect for a particular store, this item should be almost immediately be able to be picked up, as that is the convenience of click and collect.
