Their after sales service sucks! I have been trying to contact Hobby Warehouse for 6 weeks and no one has responded. I have emailed, used the Contact Us form multiple times, and called many times with no answer. They are not responding to my warranty claim. Do not buy from Hobby Warehouse!

Ordered day 1 had to send them an email day 7 to see where my package was. They had not sent it, they then refused to answer any further emails or phone call. Then had to do a company search to find out the details of their CEO. Then worked out the he had another company that he owned called Mittoni.com.au that shared the same address as Hobby Warehouse at 88 Logis Boulevard Dandenong South. Rang them and started hassling them, only then did Hobby Warehouse bother the reply only by email. I had purchased the lego as a gift for his birthday the following day and I was running out of time. They wouldn't let me go there to pick it up. A guy then rang me from the company refunded my money back to me and told me to go to Big W to get it myself

I was after a Cyanotype Set and went looking on the internet and found Hobbywarehouse to be the cheapest and having dealt with them in the past used their presence on Ebay. I received the set quickly and it was well packed for posting. Another successful purchase from Hobbywarehouse.

All items I purchased were "in stock" and ready to be dispatched within "2-4 business days" according to the website. It's been 9 business days and I have only just received tracking info. I emailed Hobby Warehouse for an update after 4 business days and they replied the next business day to confirm that the items were in stock but they could not tell me how long it would take for the items to dispatch. I'll upgrade this review if the items arrive quickly and in good condition. I ordered 3 board games - maybe their dispatch times are faster with other types of items.

Great experience purchasing from Hobby Warehouse, package tracking was given. I would recommend to purchase from Hobby Warehouse as the order package ordered was posted fast, it 0let me recieve it quickly.

Item arrived in a reasonable time frame. Packaging is good but can be improved. Received with small hole on the box.

I placed an order at the beginning of March through their ToysRUs branded site (identical to HW site except for colour/branding). It's now well past their 1-6 day delivery timeframe. They don't respond to any of my messages/emails/calls. They haven't so much as sent me a tracking number. Their most recent reviews on their site are from September 2019. Starting to think this is a scam. I spent $1.4k on Lego. How can I get a refund if the order never arrives? The worst service in the world. Chinese fake lego sellers have better service than this. Let that sink in.

The product was delivered in perfect condition way ahead of the estimated delivery time. The delivery drive was also very pleasant. The price was the best I could find also, very happy with the whole transaction.

Dreadful company, do not purchase unless you have no intention of returning goods. Recently bought a 'Bluey' trike for my 3yr old g'dter (states 3-6yrs on website & box), opened the box carefully, soon realised before even assembling it was very small, likely suit 1-3yrs only. Carefully replaced items, emailed Hobby Warehouse who replied very rudely 'stating if opened no refund". This item is not fit for purpose & very cheaply made from China. Have thrown it away as would be non-compliant in Australia due to light-weight plastic. Would not even give this company one star! They probably write their own reviews as stated my buyers previously. Am most displeased by their unobliging poor attitude, give them a wide berth!
