This store said the warranty was void on my sons Off road RC car because it had dirt on it
The fault was a screw left in the gearbox from manufacture that jammed and damaged the gear
terrible service.
looks like they spend alot of time writing nice reveiws for themselves.

Usually Good .. HOWEVER ..
Great as usual. Always buy our RC Cars and trucks and parts from here. Wish cars, etc were a little more durable. Within the first week, ALWAYS have to order a part or 2 to fix suspension or differentials or a crack in the shell. Maybe use a fibreglass 3D printer that makes shells thicker and less easy to split or crack if it just taps something that should realistically only cause a scratch. Please make sure all parts are cheap and offer a 50% discount on replacement parts for the first month. Spent nearly $1000 on RC Cars etc so far, and peed off always spending money on toys for my boys and partner because someone breaks something within the first few days. It ends up costing me a fortune .. especially when all vehicles are in the $100 - $300 price range. I just suggest these improvements so you can better your products, store and ratings because I truly love Hobby Warehouse!!
