The accounts were easy to open originally, reinvestment was very simple even when splitting the funds to go in more than one place, interests rates are always competitive, phones are answered promptly and advisers are very polite and efficient.

ISA Maturity issues
No problem with Hodge as a bank and speaking with customer services has been great. Offered a good ISA rate and easy to set up. So no problem not to use for future banking. Unfortunately it was the transfer out being the issue. Back and forth between Hodge and the new provider. Hodge said they didn't get transfer request via email. Hodge then spoke direct with new provider and request a paper transfer form via post. I was told I would be back dated from the matured date. This has been 13 days but at the holding account rate. Not the new provider rate as promised. So currently lost out. Hopefully can be sorted out before it's too late.
UPDATE - Further calls and the back dated interest at the correct rate as promised is getting funded. Something to be aware of that I didn't know, some banks require paper based transfer and not electronic. Which held up the process of transfer in time.

The whole investment process was seamless.
The whole process of investment in 2025, payment at maturity, and reinvestment of funds was straight-forward (2026).
Hodge communicate well and in good time to give clients the opportunity to absorb the details of their investments and maturity decisions.
The Hodge website was easy to navigate; interest rates were competitive.
All in all, I cannot find issue with any of my dealings with this organisation.
