Excellent to deal with
The website is quite easy to negotiate but I have process dyslexia and easily make mistakes. Whenever I need to speak to someone, they are quick to respond, extremely pleasant, helpful and reassuring.

Simple, clear & transparent
I opened a savings account with Hodge last year & have just added a Cash ISA this tax year. Very straightforward process, good, clear information to enable the opening & transfer of funds. Very competative rates & easy to get information, the web site is simple & transparent. I would have liked to transfer my existing ISA's from previous tax years to get the better rate but Hodge dont do transfers at this time, maybe next year.

YOU MAY NEVER HAVE HEARD OF HODGE BANK BUT DON'T LET THAT STOP YOU.
Maturing product ,one month notice,could change my mind right up to the day before.Elected to leave some in and take some out .The money was returned soon after midnight on the day the bond ended which was great.Top rate for reinvestmentas well monthly or annual interest.Just about perfect actually.

I usually go to more well known banks but I thought I would try Hodge Bank and I’m glad that I did.
I found opening a fixed isa with them straight forward and they even let me know straight away that they had received my money and a good rate of interest too.
If you haven’t tried Hodge Bank yet, try them, you’ll be glad you did as I am.

I like the website and I thought that the security steps when opening the account seemed very sensible.
