Great platform: nice user interface, good promotions and the best customer service.
They received a deposit from me a few minutes after a promotion deadline but they honoured the promo anyway!
Edit: They went bankrupt and stopped withdrawals.

Potential fraudsters [Old: Great platform]
UPDATE: the founders have allegedly deceived their customers deliberately, advertising a business model that never really existed, and gambled their customers funds denying such behaviour until they were virtually insolvent. It looks like FatMan was right all the time.

One of the best platforms

Excellent High Yielding Product
Super helpful and responsive customer support. I've now taken all of my coins off of any cefi for the foreseeable due to the current volatility, but never had any issues with HN. Email enquiries were answered within an hour, which is unusual in crypto.

Good website and signup process
I was able to sign up via the Hodlnaut website. The steps were clear. I also like the degree of overall functionality within your website. One of your competitors forced me to use a phone app, which was too frustrating. Your KYC (know your customer) process was thorough, so I feel safe using your services.

Need a much better team evaluating what coins to offer earnings with. Wormhole UST was an absolute HORRIBLE choice. Bad enough UST depegged, but wormhole was a nightmare to deal with since so little exchanges dealt with it.

As obligations to the authorities in Singapore, Hodlnaut is required to perform due diligence on the assets and networks we intend to introduce to the platform. Additionally, we are also required to put forth risk mitigation strategies and business sustainability practices in the unlikely event that the selected network/asset fails.
LUNA and UST was extremely unfortunate incident that happened within a short period of time. However, Hodlnaut has already put forth our risk mitigation strategies to make sure that the business can continue operating and will still be here in the long term.
