First class service as usual
Ford CMax was collected on schedule and within a couple of hours I'd received a video link going through issues with the vehicle. A service representative called me and we discussed the way forward. The work was completed and I paid over the phone and in due course my CMax was returned. 100% happy with Hodsons and the Ford CMax. The only issue over the last 12 months has been an annoying squeak from the gearstick when changing up and down. This was identified and the problem resolved

Well the time had come for another…
Well the time had come for another Service and Mot the car was collected by Ade the collection driver who has collected my car now for the last 6 years, I like this as I know the friendly face and can trust he will drive my car with care.
When I received the call from Lucy it was with good news there was no additional work needed and for a pensioner like myself that is always welcome
The car was delivered back on time at the end of the day cleaned and vacuumed out.
All I can say is excellent service all round

My Puma broke down with a charging fault
Hodson Ford Service Reception could not be more obliging and this was backed up by there technicians who within 24 hours had diagnosed the fault and repaired my car and had me back driving
If you are looking for a friendly efficient garage i would suggest you look no further

Brought a used car from hodsons about three months ago now it has been faultless ever since booked it in beginning of February for a mot passed with out a fault the team have been faultless throughout from the sales time all the way through to service department 5 stars guys keep up the good work and will see you in the future definitely recommend to friends and family

They pick my car up and then send me a video of the Car in the workshop explaining what is being done .
A FAULTLESS way of doing things , EXCELLENT and to top it all of the price is very good and a 12 month free road assistance as well .

Excellent service - as standard
Another year ... another service/MOT for my little Ford Focus.
Off to Penkridge she went, chauffered by Kevin the pick-up driver, and she returned that afternoon.
No need for additional work, so I wasn't required to access the dealership's YouTube service.
However, the pre and post-service contact was as efficient and timely as I've come to expect, since switching to Hodson Ford from another regional Ford dealer.
And (as always) the offer of a pick-up driver was hugely appreciated, as it would otherwise be rather tricky and expensive to drop the vehicle off there, return to Albrighton, and then make the wearisome journey a second time in the day.

Not Recommended. Misdiagnosis
If i could rate 0 i would.
Charged £468 and my car wasnt fixed. Wanted to keep charging more and more up to the value of over £1,200 but i had my car back. Changed a sensor and it was the wrong one. Said it needed different parts which it didnt. I sent it elsewhere and the issues they wanted me to pay for was nothing to do with the fault.
Whoever was working on my car needs sacking!!!!

Easy, friendly service and high quality work as always ....
Reception were friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. The inspection video is a great idea and gives welcome reassurance of the professionalism of the mechanics and clearly explains any additional work needing to be done. I always use Hodson’s as I am confident of receiving excellent, honest service.
