Went to hodsonford to look at cars for sale met, Brian who sold us our focus a few years ago , showed us a few used cars focus and fiesta different models , took us for a test drive in st line great car , didn't realize how much room inside , Brian gave us a good deal for trading in focus for st line fiesta and sorted out all finance details , many thanks Brian and hodsonford staff for sorting out few minor details on car , great service

From start to finish I’m very happy with the help from Kerry Sargent who took the time and guided me through the building of new puma to make the car the way I wanted with all the options ticked can’t fault the service and even got car 4 weeks early,

I FOUND THE GARAGE TO BE RESPOSIVE TO ANY QUEIRIES AND KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCEDURE AS DID ENTERPRISE HIRE CAR COMPANY WHO WERE ALSO VERY PRO-ACTIVE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE STANDARD OF THE REPAIR AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE.

Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round. Arrived a little late due to traffic but it was not any problem. Service was carried out in the time suggested and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Following the service I received a video via email of the technician working on my car and explaining what he was doing. All in all a very good experience (apart from the traffic) and at a very competitive price too.

Everything alright but the tyre sensors…
Everything alright but the tyre sensors check. I have a problem but the technician has only made a resetting on the dashboard without check the sensors properly. Then, after some miles, the problem returned.

I have been dealing with Hodson's at Penkridge for a few years, and each time they are excellent. No pressure to buy, or take out any policies that you don't want.
Always very welcoming and friendly.
They keep you updated on your vehicle's progress when it's being serviced and inform you of any problems and ask if you want them fixing. So no surprises when you go to pick it up.

Happy Customer…
Recently bought a used car from Hodson Ford during lockdown. I was a little concerned due to being unable to properly inspect inside the car, that things needing attention might be missed. Andy the salesman who I dealt with was upfront and told me of a door repair that needed doing. Once I
collected the car it had to go back in twice more during the first 2 weeks for minor issues that I found but both times Andy and the Service Dept were very helpful and apologised for me having to go back again. All the issues were sorted quickly and I wasn’t once made to feel like I was being a nuisance. I would highly recommend Hodson Ford

Had my car in for bodywork repairs, the timing was a little longer than expected but this wasn’t down to the garage themselves. Amazing service from Sharron who kept me up to date the whole time with what was going on.
