Please do not use this company unless…

Please do not use this company unless you want stress and heartache!,,
An absolute awful experience. Unprofessional, ignorant, downright wicked taking hard earned money off customers and no delivery. No communication unless you are fortunate to get through, chat which is as useful as a chocolate teapot!,
I ordered. Table/6 chair set £1,099 they took off me on the 11th August promising 3/4 delivery dates.
Eventually after 7/8 weeks they agreed a refund which has never happened, bank now involved to investigate this company.
They will probably respond to my review with excuse after excuse making me the one in the wrong, but read all the reviews on here and you can see lots of people very upset.
Take your money elsewhere unless you want hassle, lies, and sleepless nights.

Horrendous ongoing experience

I placed an order and paid for a dining suite back on July 21st. They informed me shortly afterwards that there would be a delay in delivery due to a warehouse theft and change of logistics firm. A new delivery date of 27th August was agreed. The date came and went with no delivery and no reason given. On chasing they said it would arrive about 1 week later. At this point the delay became unacceptable and requested cancellation of order and refund. This was confirmed on 7th September and we were advised that the refund would be back in are account in between 7 - 10 days as per company policy. This never happened. It is extremely difficult to communicate with them as the advertised phone number is not reachable. The live chat is often unmanned and was only answered on 1 out of 5 attempts. Email enquires started with a stock answer of them contacting accounts with promises of feedback within 24hrs. This feedback never happened except on one occasion when we were informed that an attempt to refund failed due to an issue with there systems. This attempt was made after to 10 day window promise. We were not advised of this until approximately 2 weeks later. They said that if I provided my bank details they would do a bank transfer instead. I replied on the same day (26th Seprember) Here we are on 3rd October and still nothing. I have never experienced such difficulties in communicating with any other business, they have stopped acknowledging emails. I am starting to reluctantly believe that they have no intention of refunding my money. I am one week away from becoming a pensioner. I need my money back and I need my mental health back. I have subsequently noticed other similar feedback on Trustpilot. I'll leave it up you to decide if you want to risk losing your money as well. I would hope that Laura Schwarze (MD) is not aware of this or I'm sure she would have taken some action.

Haven't received my order

Haven't received my order, was charged a month ago. Was told it would be with me direct from the retailer(on inquiring few weeks ago) but heard/received nothing. So far my request for refund email has been ignored/unanswered.

Awful experience

Awful experience! I would avoid this company. I had ordered a £150 chair, email said it would be delived within 2-3 weeks which was fine, however it’s been over 4 weeks I’ve been in contact and they said it would be delivered on the 26th at the latest well it hasn’t turned up, I haven’t received any tracking information. When I asked for a refund they have asked me for my account number and sort code as something isn’t working to refund me back to my credit card. Don’t think they are legit and I’ve had to get my credit card involved to receive refund.

3 months no product

Placed a order on the 1st of July and still no delivery date I got told it was damaged in transit and would be delivered beginning of September and still nothing they have even stopped replying to emails. This is a scam site do not use. In response to the reply I was never informed it was a pre order until after I ordered. And surprise surprise yet another excuse as to why it hasn't arrived update 20/10 this fraudulent company agreed to give me a refund within 7 working days on the 1/10 here we are on the 20th and still no refund.

Poor communication and late delivery

I placed an order on a dining table set mid August. Before placing the order I had a chat with the customer advisor using the online chat service. I was assured that delivery could be made on 10 days later as they had it in stock. On the the day of the delivery I contacted the company again using the online chat function and email to what time I would be receiving my order and was told there would be a delay as there was a last minute change to the delivery company/service they use and they were sorry that they didn’t inform me about it earlier. They then told me delivery would be made the week after. A day before the delivery I received an email later in the day to say the table was damaged so they would need to order a replacement. They also kindly gave me alternatives which I declined. The new delivery date was 3 weeks later. I placed an order over a month ago, was assured delivery in 10days however it’s been a month since my order and my delivery isn’t due till the end of September. I just feel communication could have been better and I wish I was informed earlier of these changes. I really hope that I receive this order soon without any further issues. There is no landline number that I can ring on either and to contact or get an update the best way is either email or the chat function on the website.

We have emailed you multiple times regarding the order to advise you of anticipated dates and we did offer you a loan set, that you refused. We have also offered alternative table options and a refund. Our delivery timescale is between 4-5 weeks and you are still within this period. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

What an absolute shambles of a company. i had a table delivered in July they delivered the wrong chairs and the wrong table. After 2 days of backwards and forwards i decided to keep the chairs but was not willing to leave the table and wanted it changed. I have been waiting ever since for the table to be changed, i have took 6 different days off work as they was coming. They either just do not turn up, or say they have been. they never get in contact with me i have to chase them. AGAIN today i have taken the day off work emailed them twice called them 8 times for them to then respond to my email saying the table is out of stock. Fridays excuse was they emailed me on the day after me trying to get in contact with them to tell me the driver was off sick (another day off work). The contact number just rings no one answers and the email response is shocking. I am currently in contact with trading standards in regards to this company. I am totally disgusted in the treatment i have received. there is no communication in person and the communication you do get is very poor to say the least. I will not be leaving this matter and will be taking this as far as i need to. AGAIN delivery was meant to be made today 04.10.2024, NO delivery has turned up no answer on the phones or no response to emails. I did refuse the refund as i have an email on my phone assuring me delivery will be made to me on 04.10.2024 and i will be contacted but as usual no contact what so ever. I will be taking this matter further.
AS OF 29/10/2024 THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ME SINCE 07/10/2024 STILL NO TABLE STILL NO COMMUNICATION. SHAMBLES, FRAUDSTERS, THIEFS!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling experience!

I ordered a table and chair set from this company, and it has been nothing but an endless nightmare. The delivery was initially promised for July, but here we are, months later, and STILL no delivery! They've given me excuse after excuse, constantly moving the goalposts with different delivery dates every time I followed up. It seems like they have no respect for their customers' time or money. Every time they promise a new date, they fail to meet it and give yet another excuse for why they can’t deliver.

This company clearly lacks any professionalism or integrity. Do not waste your time or money here! I’ve lost all faith in their ability to deliver what they promised. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere—there are far more reliable companies out there. If I could give zero stars, I would!

As you know we have collected the chair and are currently assessing and will have a new chair back to you within a few days.With regards to the Free of Charge coffee table, we are currently awaiting a shippment of the grey marble stone we can deliver cream or glass and you have also been offered the Arezza coffee table, but as i believe you wanted to wait for the matching coffee table to the marble that you have purchased. It did however state on the free coffee table offer terms 'Free coffee table can be selected from available stock and may not always match the colour you have originally selected'. We do however try to accommodate the matching marble and are happy if you would prefer to wait for this to come back into stock. Kind regards House of Fleur
