I purchased Bondi Sr on June 28th 2026 and received them july 2nd 2026 and today its july 11th 2026 the front of the shoes near the toe area the souls are coming apart and opening up because of water when the shoes are water resistant and slip resistant I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will never order this brand of shoes again apart from the shoes the limited warranty guidelines are ridiculous if they are wanting loyalty and repeated customer based returning to purchase more shoes is a whole other problem customers have to pay for the return and shipping cost of the warranty claim issue and also they have to wait from 1 to 4 weeks for a refund/credit or a new pair a shoes to be shipped at hoka expense this entire business is a complete joke and I will never purchase another item from them at all don't purchase the shoes is you want to lose money and time this company doesn't know how to take care of its customers or appreciate them if at all
Terrible experience wearing first time HOKA shoes, parachute materials and all kind of commercial ways to sell it promising warranty etc. is false, Hola with a terrible customer service team who never answered or reviewed long forms and pictures. Sold me 6 months ago a pair of shoes that are unsafe since I felt down cause a rubber sticky material gets stuck on floor specially carpets, the bulky point is a danger. Not warranty because they intelligently get policies that no one can win but loose the $200 invested. My advice to people Go to DSW buy better brands for less money but never HOKA are awful also never buy full price in Bloomingdales like I did!! I lost $200 dollars. So mad, I give a star because don’t allow zero star. The shoes I bought are terrible.
Ordered and delivered in two days. Very happy with that after. DPD delivery was at the earliest stage of the window too so didn't have to wait around either. Delivery guy was cool too.
Quick and efficient service, product was of high quality, fitted perfectly and are very comfortable and supportive.
The site is easy to use and gives useful advice about the products. I just received my new sliders and they look and feel amazing!

After explaining chain of issues, Customer services promised to replace with other stock. HOWEVER, as soon as I return faulty shoes say they can no longer send replacements. Offered quick 15% fob off.

I am extremely disappointed with HOKA’s customer service and return process. This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online retailer.
My husband purchased a pair of HOKA shoes for me as a gift. He paid using Apple Pay, which automatically selected an old family address by mistake. As soon as he noticed, he immediately tried to cancel the order. We were still well within the 30 minute cancellation window clearly mentioned in HOKA’s policy. He even called customer service right away.
Instead of honoring their own policy, we were told that the cancellation policy “doesn’t apply to all orders.” That exception was nowhere made clear when the purchase was placed. If your published policy isn’t actually honored, then what is the point of having it?
Because HOKA refused to cancel the order, the package was delivered to the wrong address. We then went through the trouble of returning the shoes. We had proof that they were shipped back, but after waiting nearly three weeks with no refund or update, we finally contacted HOKA again. By that time, we had thrown away the shipping receipt because we never imagined this process would turn into such a nightmare.
HOKA then claimed they never received the return. As a result, we lost the shoes, we lost our money, and we received absolutely nothing in return.
This entire situation started because HOKA refused to honor its own cancellation policy. Had they simply canceled the order when requested within the stated time limit none of this would have happened.
The customer service was unhelpful, the policies were misleading, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I expected much better from a company with HOKA’s reputation.
I will not be purchasing from HOKA again, and I cannot recommend buying directly from them. If you do, be aware that their published policies may not be honored, and if something goes wrong, you may be left without your product or your money.
I purchased a pair of running shoes in a sale at 40% discount. The shoes arrived but they were too small. I immediately sent them back for a bigger size. I did not hear back from them for nearly 2 weeks I i went into a store in London and spoke with a sale assistant who emailed them directly. They have now come back and said it was too late to get 40% and offered 15% instead.
Delivered as promised. On time. My first impressions are good and optimistic the support the shoes offer will help me get back into and enjoy running. Thx
I bought the Infini Hike sandals, and after one month (walking the dog, nothing crazy) the rear strap pulled out of the shoe. I exchanged them for another pair, a painful process taking another month. About a month after I finally received the replacement, the same thing happened again. The construction is poor so beware. I will not exchange them again, so I took them to a local shoe repair and now they are properly stitched and likely to last a long time.

Do not buy anything online
I bought a pair of trainers,
They sent me the wrong colour & size
Emailed customer service, sent pictures as requsted & they told me to send back & gave me a return label
Today they said its not one of theirs & are sending it back
Really poor, and basically fraud
