Hola Car rentals can’t be faulted

Hola Car rentals can’t be faulted. The pricing for an Avis car rental was significantly lower than from the actual Avis rental site. At first I was honestly nervous about booking, but not issue could be found in the entire process.

If booking through Hola, ensure you take the confirmation paperwork with you to provide to the rental car company. Avis’ system didn’t register the additional driver but the confirmation email was used and they added the extra driver saving hundreds.

Toll refunds are swift and instructions can be given using the WhatsApp AI chat bot.

Collection location was Avis LAX

Will be using Hola again

Amazing service amazing price but…

Amazing service amazing price but customer service is at another level. They listen and take your concerns and really do assist you. They were brilliant they were the best car hire company ever. Plus do not get fooled by the car hire desk as Hola have it all included.

Great website and easy to navigate

Great website and easy to navigate. Large choice of cars to choose from all at a reasonable price.
Simple booking process, along with all the extra benefits included makes it a no brainier for the five stars

Great experience

Great experience! The process to book and pay was simple and quick. I hope the car will actually be the one I reserved and that the rental conditions won’t be different at the time of pickup.

Competitive Car Hire Prices

I had a really positive experience using this car hire site. The prices were very competitive compared to others I looked at, which made it great value for money. There was also a good range of cars available, from small economical options to larger vehicles, so it was easy to find something that suited my needs.

Another big plus was the flexibility with pick-up and drop-off points. There were plenty of convenient locations to choose from, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend this site if you’re looking for an affordable and straightforward car hire experience.

Very competitive prices

Prices were good and website clear. There was a delay getting the booking confirmation email, which was the reason for not giving 5 stars, but Simon on the WhatsApp help desk quickly sorted it out to our satisfaction.
