Great Customer Service - Thank you Miguel

Great way to rent a car, competitive prices and great customer service. Ran into an issue with the local rental agency that tried to charge me for some cleaning that was not needed but was able to successfully appeal the decision thanks to Miguel from Holacarrental. Following this experience I will continue using their service.

I rented a car at Newark Airport

I rented a car at Newark Airport (Hertz) through Hola Car Rental at a really great price, with all insurance included. I later had issues with Hertz, but Hola Car Rental helped me quickly and professionally. Everything was resolved, and I got back the money that Hertz had incorrectly charged to my credit card.

Have to rent a car for my upcoming…

Have to rent a car for my upcoming vacation in Florida. At first I just made reservations through a well known company, but then I browsed the net and found out that I could save a lot of money by searching and booking via Hola car rentals. So far the experience is the best!

Hassle free car rental

Very easy to navigate website. Everything clearly explained and the whole process from selecting a car and paying was really easy. I would definitely use Hola again for car rental.
