I had a great stay here worth the money all day long good customer service I will be definitely coming back again

Unclean and damp. Photos to prove. Not happy with less than 50% refund after checking out. Will take this company to small claims court if they do not refund me what they legally owe me for a holiday let which is not fit for purpose.

We moved to Thanet two years ago and have used this team extensively for all of our maintenance needs. They are always quick to respond, work swiftly and cleanly and to a high standard. They are competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with-I would recommend them with no hesitation.

We had a speedy response to our request and the staff responded after hours which exceeded our expectations!

When my family come to visit I always book them in with Holiday Let’s in Kent. The properties are always spotless and well equipped with everything they need. I recommend them to anyone needing a seaside break. Excellent service.

Alistair and his team have been managing our holiday let flat on the Margate seafront for nearly 6 months now and I have nothing but praise for the team at Holiday lets in Kent. The service has been fantastic to both us and our guests (in that time we have had 31 airbnb reviews all very positive averaging out at 4.9). Once or twice we had minor maintenance issues whilst guests were staying, but Alistair got to them within the hour and resolved the issue there and then leaving them satisfied enough to have left some of our best reviews. Whether you are wanting to stay in one of their managed properties or need someone to look after your own holiday house I can't recommend Holiday Lets in Kent enough.

We have just started a new venture for us of letting our holiday home. Having been recommended Holiday Lets In Kent, we decided to have a meeting with Alistair, who was very thorough with great ideas and advice. Since our launch he has always kept us up to date with bookings, advice, and answering any queries that we put to him promptly. Alistair is a huge boost to our business with his knowledge and energy and we are delighted to be under the excellent management, care and attention of this family run business.

A last minute booking saw us spending a couple of half-term nights in Port View. And what a view it is to wake up to from the comfort of an extremely comfortable bed. The apartment is grand, spacious and extremely well equipped. The information provided by Alistair before arrival couldn’t have been more clear and helpful; and when we left a pair of tracksuit trousers behind, he forwarded them back to us that very day. We would highly recommend this property and the Holiday Lets In Kent team.

Due to covid limiting travel me and my partner opted to holiday in the UK. We snooped around google and were lucky enough to stumble upon Holiday Lets in Kent who had a fantastic selection of properties.

We decided 'The Panoramic' was most suitable for its stunning views overlooking the Margate main sands and the overall gorgeous aesthetic of the property.

We made our booking directly through their website which was easy and hassle-free, they were extremely responsive to any queries we had and made us feel at ease with the whole process.

Ultimately we had a fantastic stay, in a clean and beautifully presented property without the faff of bigger companies.

I could not recommend Holiday Lets in Kent enough and we look forward to booking a stay with them again in the future!!

I stayed in Lunas view in Broadstairs with my 3 children after we lost our loved one and it was the perfect stay and just what we needed. All the rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, fresh and cosy. The view was incredible too, I just opened the doors and admired the beautiful scenery and loved listening to the waves especiallyin the evenings! The people were amazing too i would 100% recommended this place and holiday lets in Kent, Amazing stay!

I frequently visit the area from Scotland and have stayed many times now with Holiday Lets In Kent. The properties are always spotlessly clean, well furnished and fully equipped.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and I was let down once by a local taxi company on my return journey to Gatwick Airport but they even managed to get a member of their team to take me.

I could not recommend them more.

Stayed at Eclectic Bungalow in the summer and what an amazing property with a fantastic garden. The decor and facilities are second to none, communication from the team are second to none and we have booked for next year.

We had a fabulous stay at Port View, the apartment is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean and Alistair and Gemma were excellent hosts. We will definitely be returning very soon. Would highly recommend Alistair and Gemma and this beautiful apartment.

Having recently stayed at Beach Retreat with my husband we cannot Express how amazing the views were and what a joy the team are holiday lets in Kent are to deal with.

In fact we locked ourselves out and within 10 minutes Alistair had a member of his staff letting us in which is pretty amazing on a bank holiday weekend.

We have received an email today welcoming us back and offering a repeat customer discount to!

A big thank you to the team at holiday let's in kent. Our time at luna's View was amazing. The accomodation was beautiful and had an outstanding level of cleanliness the views are outstanding. And make you feel as you are a millions miles away. There was many amazing activities and things to do not just for us adults but also our children. The team were not only very professional, polite, very welcoming and amazing with information of the area and things to do. It is always nice when your asked how your stay is but with holiday let's in kent you can tell they take great interest in your opinions and what you have to say. Amazing time had by all and will definitely be staying with them again. Thank you for a much needed time away.
