I'm been waiting 15 months for refund on flight tickets from holidayme, worst customer service, no follow up, still waiting for refund. Never use holidayme for any peace of mind.

First time booking with holidayme and the last one too .....
First time booking and alas the last one ! The hotel was pathetic and dreadful with staff lacking basic etiquettes. Asking for basic things like tissue or toiletries they were crying their lungs out. Very bad customer service. The buffet breakfast was the last thing one would want to see …. On asking for Hot Milk the cook and the breakfast coordinator with start blabbering in their regional language and would give staring looks as if you asked their lungs.
The tour bus is an additional charge which was advised only upon arrival to the hotel and the cost if 5 times the normal cost .Totally unorganized Tour guide who was supposed the close the day tours at 5-6 but closed the tour only at 12.30 Mid night.
The last day was even more pathetic when we were dropped / thrown at airport 6 hours before the flight for no reason.
Overall pathetic experience

Eid package to Georgia ....
Eid package to Georgia ..... The representative Guram from Holiday me in the bus was not a cordial person and in fact behaved rudely to one of the tourist in the bus.
Had booked two private inside tours from here ....
First day, a tour guide who does not speak English was provided for for us and hence no proper information at all the stop overs ...The second day tour of Borjomi - Vardzia tour was booked from Dubai but the tour guys in Tiblisi informed us that only a tour to Borjomi will be provided as Vardzia is a place that could not be covered in a day.. False information from Dubai office spoiled that day as we could not add any other new destination. A day wasted !
Highly recommended guide with car ( for any private tour within georgia - Zako and Gio from GZ travels, contactable directly at +995555538811. we had a great trip to Borjomi with them.

When we are there at 12pm, we realise that the hotel reservation is NOT DONE!
I booked a package with Holidayme (UAE) to Baku, Azerbaijan. When we reached there around 12 at night the hotel guys say that they have no idea about our booking. I think one can imagine the situation in a totally strange place. Fortunately the hotel receptionist was kind enough to arrange us a room without asking any more questions and consoled us telling that we will sort this out with Holidayme the next day. Thanks to Irshad Hotel, but I don't know what should say to Holidayme!

An unorganized travel agency that will make you pay twice for the trip you will take. And they will not even provide you what you were promised. Worst experience ever!

Trip to Baku-Jun19
We had a ladies trip to Azerbaijan.
Review for HolidayME - Shubham was really good at guiding us whats best for us 4 ladies. He gave us a good deal. All our requirements were met. We had the Mercedes mini van all to ourselves and the driver in Baku (Toshqand aka Tosh) was too good and funny. We could do whatever we wanted as per our own time.
Review for Azerbaijan - I recommend people stay in Qabala (or the places up in the hill) for many days than Baku City. Baku as a place is a very boring place (if your from Dubai) but the hill station like Qabala is breathe taking. We stayed at the Qafqaz Riverside Hotel which was the best hotel ever. The food in the hotel was also quite cheap. Its very difficult to book this hotel on any site but holidayme had it covered for us. On purchases in Qabala, please buy dry fruits as its very fresh and cheap and also the Kebabs are very fresh. Baku is expensive for dry fruits. In Baku please visit the old town for shopping (like souvenirs) Its the only place were you get cheap stuff. Hotel Hilton is the best place to stay in Baku. Its close to almost everything. A stay for 2 days is more than enough for Baku. Thanks HolidayME. Looking forward for more reasonable trips.

The worst service ever!
The worst service ever, I personally don’t advise anyone to plan holidays through holidayme. I have been in UAE for last 20 years, I have never seen or experienced such a bad service. I have got visa assistance for schengen, where they charged me 1000 AED deposit (200 will be deducted for the service and 800 to be used for any other services as they confirmed in their initial email) . Unfortunately from the start the agent didn’t even given the right required documentations, even the filled application was totally wrong. Which I have to redo everything by myself. Main reason to reject the visa. For a month now I’m trying to book a flight with the remaining balance and zero success!!! Every time over the phone I get the same response... will check and will call you back ... Manager will call you back today....tried to send on the same WhatsApp another person will reply again will let the agent follow up...sent emails with no response.. I don’t know what else we should do ? Please avoid such service and experience you will lose the taste of something called holidays before you even start.

A Solo Trip to The Caucasus
It all started with a last minute plan to head somewhere for 10 days by myself wherein I was successfully wooed by the aggressive advertising done by HolidayMe on major social networking platforms. Alongside its competitors such as TravelWings, Holiday Factory and the likes, HolidayMe stood out due to its simplified advertising and attractive packages offering great value for money, as perceived at the first instance. It was also the only operator that offered Azerbaijan and Armenia on the same trip whilst working with Georgia being the stopover destination.
My interaction with their team began after submitting a query for a 9N/10D trip to Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan. Ruby contacted me the following day and was friendly.
As a single lady solo traveller visiting the aforementioned countries for the first time, I was quite apprehensive and had expressed this concern explicitly. At the same time, a desire to cover most of the attractions in the designated time frame at the cost of my own flexibility was also stated clearly and willingly. Whilst these concerns were acknowledged, more justice could have been done to the itinerary suggested in terms of the hotels, tours, timings, variety of excursions etc. since my prerogative was to discover the countries instead of relaxing in a hotel. On asking them if the duration needed to be amended to accommodate more attractions, I was reassured that 3 days were sufficient to cover everything in each country. On reading up extensively about all 3 countries, I made several suggestions to alter the itinerary all of which were eventually accommodated which left me contemplating the entire need of booking through a destination expert. After a multitude of emails sent back and forth and extensive calls being made, a final itinerary was agreed upon mutually. At this point, I would like to highlight Amey Vaishnav who was instrumental in making me go ahead with the booking after an extended conversation clarifying my doubts post the various email and telephonic exchanges. This left me feeling reassured about my trip.
However, right after the booking was done, the post sales team did make me strain my nerves on the reconfirmation, visa process, buying insurance and other small queries. At this point, neither of Amey or Ruby could be reached due to their own reasons.
Until this point, I was still skeptical of how the trip will be and was still quite nervous. I reached out to all the hotels individually to apprise them about my room preferences, most of which were met expect minor slips Ex. Bed type, absence of natural light etc. by virtue of product limitations.
Moving on to the trip itself, I would like to thank Gaya and her team who made my trip so very special in Armenia. I was upgraded to a private tour on all three days which was a pleasant surprise even though it was evident that there weren't many tourists during the second half of May. The Europe hotel was located right next to The Republic Square, was neat and tidy. I felt they could've been more flexible in charging for the early check-in (AMD 25,000) especially since it wasn't busy.
On the first day, Hakob was truly exceptional and made the city tour very interesting. He went out of his way to ensure I experienced Yerevan to the fullest apart from customizing the tour as per my interests.
On day 2, Andy took me to Khor Virap, Areni and Norovank. He was nice but seemed a bit tired.
On day 3, Hayk was extremely entertaining and showed me Garni, Geghard and the Genocide Museum. He was very enthusiastic. Gaya was like my best friend in the city and was always reachable to coordinate my whereabouts. She also went ahead and suggested a change in my itinerary which saved me ample time to visit the Genocide Museum, The Garden and Vernissage. All in all, I felt at home in Armenia and took loads of memories with me. It is a beautiful country and this was a great start.
Next, I had a car transfer booked to take me to Georgia on day 4. A clean Mercedez Viano and a wonderful chauffeur (Vahe, I guess) drove me. He completed the journey in about 4.5 hours and left me spellbound. On the way, I visited Lake Sevan, Dilijan and the Sevanavank Monastery all of which were extremely beautiful. He stopped on the way to let me grab a quick breakfast since we left very early. That was a nice gesture.
Georgia was very beautiful too. Hotel Metekhi Line was clean however had issues with air-conditioning, wifi connectivity etc. and was pitched at the top with a steep climb each time, that too on a street which became completely dark by 10 p.m. Temo tried to help but did leave me very concerned and confused about some basic queries including unforseen changes to my itinerary to suit their convenience. I had booked a last minute city tour, which I realize in hindsight wasn't required however I still value what I learnt about Tbilisi in a snap shot from Sandro and the experience of the local drink, Chacha that he made me try from a home producer.
Day 2 was exceptional with Hercules who took me on shared tour with a very nice Indian family to Bodhbe, Sighnagi and the KTW wine bottling factory. Whilst I couldn't paraglide, he made sure we enjoyed to the hilt by Quadbiking around the city of Signagi along with trying local Georgian food and snacks (Churchkela).
Day 3 was for Ananuri and Gudauri. It was a group tour and we were explained about the sequence of events by a hospitable guide. We withdrew extra money which again could not be used for paragliding due to bad weather conditions. It was a long drive up and was quite boring with almost no activities. We reached back by 9 p.m. very exhausted.
Next day, I was dropped off to the airport by a kind and punctual chauffeur. The flight to Baku, Buta Airways was very comfortable, neat and clean.
Azerbaijan was experiencing peak rush due to the UEFA Europa League final scheduled the day after I was scheduled to depart. Baku was absolutely wonderful with several interesting places to see and experience. Whilst The Qafqaz City Hotel was a little far from the city, the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable, in fact I was offered a surprise upgrade to a suite which was a very nice gesture. Rustam was a remote point of contact here.
I was received by a gentleman called Max who later went on to take me around the city for a tour. He was nice, friendly and had a very good taste in music. I felt we didn't cover all places and could have seen much more in that span of time. He was kind and hospitable too. Day 1 left me with plenty of time to experience a ride on the Baku Eye and enjoy the light show on the Flame Towers. The tea and preserves at the Baku Eye Boulevard were very tasty and a perfect snack to compliment the surroundings. The complimentary wifi proved to be a saviour enabling me to post live updates of this marvellous place.
Day 2 was reserved for Gabala. Our guide was absolutely delightful and by the end of the long day (which finished at 1:30 a.m.), he was like family to us (shared tour along with 4 other people). This place was definitely one of the highlights by virtue of being undisturbed by pollution. It was very scenic and the air felt so fresh. We experienced the network of cable cars, participated in a professional photography session, ate local cuisine at Qebele-Xanlar, enjoyed boating on Lake Nohur, visited the three levels of the Yeddi Gozel water fall after ascending (what felt like) a 1000 steps. The drive to the foot of the waterfall in a 1992 model Contessa was exhilarating. Though tiring, it was a delightful experience to visit Gabala.
Day 3 was jaw dropping because of the superb marvels of nature in Baku. Aziz was extremely efficient and showed us (shared tour with two others) Yanar Dag, Ateshgah, Gobustan and the mud volcanoes. Each moment of that day is still so fresh in my memory because of the wonders we saw and the way we were guided. He was very flexible with accommodating all our requests, the drive was beautiful and the day was a perfect end to the short vacation.
On the last day, Max was back to bid me a fond farewell.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend HolidayMe to my family, friends and also experience it myself again due to their robust and reliable network across the countries they have presence in. Thank you for a wonderful trip. I remember the positives more distinctly and happily than the few slip ups. Keep it up. 😊
