Very bad experience. They create the appearance of an official website. After you pay you understand it was just a copy. I paid 189 euros for 3 tickets to Louvre instead of 88!!!
I purchased tickets for the Louvre Museum for August 12, 2026, but my experience with this agency has been terrible. Although the visit is months away and the tickets have not been issued yet, it is impossible to get any support.
I have tried every written channel provided by the agency:
I sent several emails and received no response at all.
I tried contacting them on Instagram, but only received an automated message redirecting me to their website.
I filled out the official contact form on their website, but there has been total silence.
I did not make any phone calls because the agency does not offer support in my language and I do not speak theirs. However, this in no way justifies their behavior: if a company provides written contact channels, they have a duty to respond through them. It is unacceptable to be systematically ignored after making a payment. I hope this review finally prompts a human response.

We booked an Alhambra Top Experience for today (15-04-2026). This trip advertised 'With your Alhambra Top Experience tickets you can access the entire monument: the Nasrid Palaces, the Alcazaba, the Generalife and the Palace of Charles V. During the tour you will live an immersive experience with exclusive gifts, local tastings and special surprises designed for small groups.' The guided tour by Dante was excellent, however, there were no tastings and no gifts. I had emailed ahead of the tour as our tickets were €125 per person (2 people = €250) and the ones we received had a price of €60 on them. I emailed and sent a message via the website. We are now in the My Top Tour office at Alhambra, where we have now been waiting for 45 min for 'a superior' to give an answer to our question. We have been on tasting tours before and from these experiences, we decided not to bring food, so we have spent all day on the tour without any food.Alongside this we were unable to use the Granada card due to poor information yesterday and we will not be close to Grenada in the next 3 days. Your colleague Sylvia who helped us in your office was very helpful, but was unable to get an immediate response.
I have to say, this has been a very disappointing experience with your company and not at all what we were expecting. Our visit to Spain from the UK was centred on the Alhambra experience and our experience with My Top Tour has seriously affected our enjoyment of the trip.
We had an incredible night tour of the Alhambra, made even more memorable by our wonderful guide, Dante. His deep knowledge and patience in answering all our questions truly enhanced the experience.
Great tour - guide handled complications like a pro and kept us on schedule while providing extra commentary during wait time (100% beyond anyone's control). Very well organized and loved bypassing all of the lines. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining

I booked two tickets for the Paris Louvre and a boat trip for this coming Sunday, 19 April. I believed I was buying them directly from the museum due to the website description , logo and information I saw on booking. The website address includes the name musee du louvre.
Just after payment was made and the tickets came through, I realised I had been 'duped' into buying these from a third party company, My Top Tour.
The information started coming in on email, all in Spanish which I do not speak, and what I believed was an organised all-in-one experience (timed museum entry + boat trip) turned out to be something altogether different.
The instructions were vague and the boat trip was not 'organised' to tie in with the timed-museum ticket. All in all, not what we wanted, when time is very short in Paris on that Sunday morning.
The booking conditions said : 'Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. If you cancel with less time, arrive late or do not show up, no refund will be offered.'
We immediately requested a cancellation using the correct form, per the terms and conditions on the website, and followed this up with four requests by email. So far, there has been no response and no money have has been forthcoming.
I am feeling very distressed about this and would like my refund immediately, please.
I have now purchased directly from the museum so I have incurred additional cost.

Booked a Gaudí building tour through My Top Tour for 2 people and paid $352. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend — something I communicated well in advance.
To their credit, they initially agreed to provide a partial refund. That’s where the professionalism ended.
After that, it’s been complete silence. Multiple follow-ups, no response, no accountability, no refund. Promises were made and then simply ignored.
For a company operating in tourism — where trust and reliability are everything — this is incredibly disappointing. If something goes wrong, you expect at least basic integrity in handling the situation. That was clearly missing here.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
Feels like a complete scam. Once they took my money, all communication stopped. I’ve been trying for three days—multiple calls and emails—just to fix a simple issue with my Louvre ticket date, and I’ve been completely ignored.
No replies, no support, nothing. It honestly feels like they disappear the moment there’s a problem. This is not how a legitimate or trustworthy business operates.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this agency. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help—you’ll just be left on your own.

Purchased Prado Museum Madrid tickets on line thinking it was the official prado museum office. This is something I see happened to a lot of other customers. I believe it is not fair. The ticket should have had the audio guide included, as we laid more. But at the museum they sai it was not included. Would not use nor suggest again.
