The house was stunning
The house was stunning, very comfortable and very well equipped. Myself and 7 friends absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. The booking couldn't have been easier. Thank you for a great experience.

Take extra care booking through Holidu
Unfortunately, this is not a positive review, but I feel others should be warned. We were looking for a place to stay in Salou to meet family and participate in a golf tournament. During our search, the Holidu site appeared, and we found what we thought was the perfect apartment. However, Holidu accepts no responsibility if something goes wrong. We encountered a major issue as we were dealing with a local company, Planet Costa Dorada, whose service was non-existent. We did not receive what we paid for, and there was no recourse. Holidu may look impressive on the surface, but there is nothing to support their polished image when their clients experience problems.

Apertmento Costa Adeje.
We booked this property for 9 days from 26th November 2025. We only stayed in the apartment for 1 night, we booked other accommodation the following day and moved out other apartment around 5pm.for the following reasons.
1. The toilet was dirty and had not been flushed.
2. Only 1 bath towel supplied for 2 people
3. No toiletries supplied, not even hand soap in toilet
4. Bad smell in property disguised by air fresheners
5. Loose or broken flooring in places.
6. Cleaner had emptied dirty water in sink but failed to clean sink.
7. no hairdryer provided
8. Our feet were black because of dirty floor.
9. Impossible to watch television from sofa as sofa is on the same wall as television.
10. Photos of apartment and pool area are misleading.
We reported the toilet situation, lack of toiletries and towels to the host. He stated that he was shocked to hear about the toilet. He would get towels to us the next day, didn’t mention toiletries but did say he would give us a gift as compensation. Surprise he failed to turn up.
We have informed the host and Holidu and told them we are expecting 75% refund, we probably should be asking for a full refund. The Holidu representative we have been in touch with has stated as we have provided no evidence he/ she would have to speak with supervisor before any decision is made, and would contact us on Monday 1st December 2025.
We would advise anyone thinking of booking this apartment not to.
We will let you know the outcome. Watch this space

Phew got it again.

I booked an apartment through booking.com that was hosted by Holidu .
The apartment was in Benalmadena , Spain.
Although I made numerous complaints about the property I was in, and the owner, ,all I was offered was 50 euros good will compensation.
When I arrived at the property I complained immediately about the washing machine ,not being able to open it. Was told to try the end of a spoon , which I did not .
Then the kettle didn't work .
The oven didn't work
The iron had a chunk out of it and the base was loose.
The microwave was full of rust and had arcing signs . Hazardous.
The hairdryer went up in smoke.
The frypan had a loose handle, and I nearly got burnt putting out the food..
the hob was cracked and chipped.
There was a broken socket in the bedroom which a child could put it's fingers in and get a shock..
I could go on about the numerous things wrong in this apartment and was just told it is up to the owner wether we got any compensation.
He just kept saying we hadn't paid the deposit , which he didn't give us the details to do so. Though thankfully we didn't as I see now from other reviews that nobody gets it back .
We paid 1500 euros for this apartment and it was a dump.
I am really upset that Holidu didn't do more for us and to see that they are still advertising this same property on Booking . Com. The owner should be taken down of there platform.
