Zero customer service….AVOID.
Having been a loyal and happy customer for a number of years it came as a shock that they refused to do anything whatsoever about a faulty product and instead chose to blame the user of the product. For this reason I couldn’t possibly recommend Holistique and definitely won’t buy anything from them again.
(The posted date is not the exact date)A very clear explanation as to why there was a delay in informing the company. The company persisted in saying that the person who has been using this type of product for over a decade does not know how to use it. The product is sub standard and unusable and the company is using their T&C to refuse any customer service despite the consumer rights act invalidating those T&C. I maintain my stance this company should be avoided and I will shop elsewhere.

Sorry you were disappointed. Because of the personal nature of these products, they carry a RETURN POLICY OF 30 DAYS, FAULT OR DEFECT TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS, as per our T&Cs. Unfortunately your claim was made OVER 8 MONTHS after purchase. Clear use instruction and advice was given in private messages to try and assist.
