No stars isn't an option. Didn't receive my order, my emails were ignored, eventually had an email to say my order had been sent, not received and further emails ignored. Managed to get a refund via Paypal.

Update from previous post

Update from previous post. Been chasing my order for two months. Managed to get PayPal refund arranged to which ‘Paul’ aka Holyflaps rejected. Now my emails bounce back and I’ve been removed from all socials. I’m now taking to small claims. It’s not the amount it’s principle and these scammers clearly keep doing it. Once I’ve done small claims this will be going to trading standards.

Gone awol

Exactly the same as others on here im reading. I have purchased from this company before with no issues but. A long time ago. Ordered begining of August. Received a confirmation email but item was never delivered. When I contacted them, 'Paul' arranged a refund but it failed. He then said he would sort it but nothing. Emailed last week and it bounced back as the email address no longer exists!! Facebook has no activity yet the website is still taking orders! And your money

AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!

Exactly the same as others on here. I have purchased from HF before but not in a long time. Ordered on the 5th of Aug, received a confirmation email but weeks later, no item. When I contacted them, 'Paul' responded saying i'd get the item soon but, it never arrived. Emailed last week and it bounced back as the email address no longer exists!! Avoid this shop!!

Appalling.

Appalling.
Ordered one mug. two weeks later hadn’t received it. Emailed. Emailed again. Emailed third time and “Paul” replied, apologising and advising the mug would be dispatched. A week later nothing so I emailed yet again asking if it couldn’t be delivered in next couple of days needed to cancel as was for a gift. Nothing. Emailed again requesting cancellation and refund. “Paul” emailed to say ok, and a refund was processed. WHICH PROMPTLY BOUNCED 🙄. Complained to PayPal who refunded but wow what a terrible experience. Avoid this company like the plague!

Do not buy from Holy Flaps

Pretty much the same as everybody else on here I’ve ordered an item - 14/6/24 - which hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed the company and had no response although I did receive an email a few weeks ago saying that the item had been dispatched. Nothing has ever arrived. Avoid avoid avoid! £18 spent on the item plus postage and packaging.

What an awful company

What an awful company. Ordered a mug for a friends birthday. Emailed to ask if it would arrive on time, was assured it would. It didn’t. When it did arrive, the print quality was shocking and the mug was the cheapest nastiest thing I’ve ever seen, not worth the money at all. I politely emailed and said as it had arrived too late I would like to return it and have a refund please. No reply to 3 emails. So I left a comment on an Instagram post asking if someone could please respond to my email. That worked. 10 mins later I got a refund and email saying; “ I have just refunded you in full. Keep the mug or re-gift it or throw it away, whatever you’d prefer.”

I’m glad I got the refund, but so rude and unprofessional even though I was 100% polite.

I also went on the Gov website and searched the company - dissolved in 2019 apparently! Smacks of something dodgey.

Needless to say I am deleting them from my socials and would never buy from them again. Horrendous products and horrendous service.

Amazing product and service

Ordered a mug for a birthday gift, paid via PayPal and forgot I hadn’t changed settings to my new address. Emailed the company straight away and got a reply confirming they had changed address for me. Mug arrived to the correct address a day later. Great and fast service and lovely product 😊 xx

Not the company it used to be

Ordered a mug only to receive it with a fault. Emailed to ask for a replacement which I was assured I would receive - it never arrived. I have emailed since and been ignored. I’m really sad about this experience as I had ordered multiple items from this small business before and supported them actively on social media. Now I feel like I’ve been discarded as a customer despite being loyal to their business for years.

avoid

Purchased 3 item nearly 20 days ago at the time of writing this mug was fine card came folded in to and won’t stand up and I’m still yet to receive a £15 candle from the emailed them a few times no reply at all wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all.

Do Not Buy From These Clowns

I ordered a card two weeks before my friends birthday. The card hadnt arrived five weeks later. After several complaints, I finally got the card and it’s creased. It was a joke card and was supposed to have a tena pad in it, but it was sent with something a lot smaller and thinner than a genuine tena pad so that kind of kills the joke of the card. So it’s all basically gone into the bin. Their website doesn’t have any way to contact them. It took ages for me to find an email to complain. Absolute waste of £5. Shoddy service, poor quality products, ridiculously long delivery times. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! There are plenty of much better alternatives out there.

Ordered 2 cards - never came

Ordered 2 cards, £7.98. Received a dispatch notice but it never came. Reached out to them on Insta to ask and they replied via email to say they were looking into it. So far so good except nothing happened - I reached out again, and nothing. So claimed my money back via PayPal. This is either a scam or awful customer service, can’t decide

No merchandise, No response from company

Still waiting for merchandise that was supposed to be delivered in time for Christmas. Never received any tracking info, just an email stating "Your
Holyflaps order has been marked complete on our side" over 3 weeks ago. I have contacted the company 4 times about my order, asking for delivery info, tracking info, and finally a refund (twice) but I NEVER get a reply. Absolutely horrible customer service

Damaged goods and non existent service

Ordered a mug and a candle. I had to chase twice to get them to ship it so it missed the event it was for.
The mug arrived in pieces, it had not had any protective packaging. The candle was intact, it’s a generic candle with a sticker on it for the wording.

So far 3 attempts to get a refund, 2 had a ‘apologies, will deal with it’ response but nothing happens.

Also they are trading under a dissolved company which is I think illegal.

Dunno why I didn’t check trustpilot, I usually do so mostly my own fault. If you read this, save yourself the hassle and don’t use this company

Update, after 3 attempts I received the partial refund I asked for.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a mug for my mam in February 2021. Well it’s august now and still nothing. They don’t respond to my emails but keep updating their Instagram account. It’s not okay to take peoples money and not send the product it’s robbery. I’m actually so annoyed by this especially as it was through Caroline Hirons that I heard of the brand. Shoddy scam of a company.

Do not use!

I'm afraid my experience echoes the others. Despite receiving a completed order message and assurances the mug I ordered is on its way i still haven't received anything. You've been warned!!
The mug did finally arrive after a few weeks so not a scam.
