Very easy to use platform. No fee for host. Recommend students from time to time. Reminders are sent to host often. Electronic contracts are prepared for host and student's security funds will be deposited into host's account. Worry free for host.

The staff at Homadorma are above and beyond at all times to help and make the process smooth and helpful. Information is given at the right time. I also had a feed back when I did my interview fir my homestay business. I highly recommend using their services is secure for students.

Homadorma homestay.did a good support to the host.

Whenever I wrote about any issues,they responded quickly and did their best to help me solve them.

The platform is not designed to facilitate the communication between hosts and students. I can only screen students after the students have paid. Compared with airbnb, I believe Homadorma should allow hosts to communicate with the students before they pay to ensure the students can book a home that meets their needs.

So this is the message that I wanted to communicate with the student before they move in, and Homadorma blocked it "System warning:The previous message was not delivered.Our system has detected that you attempted to communicate with students outside of homadorma without permission.Please check our message regulation."

Their response to my review is completely untrue and fraudulent.

Before we discuss further, could you help me with following questions: Do you smoke? Are you going to stay only by yourself? Are you going to have visitors during your stay? Are you going to cook? If so, do you cook a lot, or only simple meals or warming up food? Would you bring a pet? Would you need parking? How long would you stay? Are you a student? Do you work? I would request some documents before confirming your booking, would you be ok with that?

Homadorma run a very professional service and I have been pleased with the results thus far.

This was a great experience for us. Matching students with Homestay families has never been easier.

I have hosted 2 students through Homadora. Although the experiences have been decent, the payment structure is confusing. Twice now, the student assumed the money they had paid is the first month rent but not the case, Homadora holds that until end of contract as last month rent.

I do also suggest to have 2 weeks damage deposit for the host when contract is finalized in case of any damage occurred.
