I ordered a custom oil portrait of my late father from Homafy.com — something deeply personal and irreplaceable. What I received was an absolute disaster. The portrait was so poorly painted that my father's left eye was completely distorted and deformed. His entire face was unrecognizable. I cannot describe the pain of seeing your loved one's memory ruined like this.
After raising the issue, I sent multiple emails to their support team — zero replies. I called customer care over 20 times — every single time, after confirming my number, they deliberately disconnected the call. No refund, no replacement, no accountability.
DO NOT order anything from Homafy.com. They take your money, deliver damaged unusable work, and then ghost you completely. This is not a legitimate business — this is fraud. Their 4.3★ Google rating appears to be entirely fake. I urge Google to investigate and remove these false ratings immediately.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEIR TEAM DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ISSUES AND PROVIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE. THEY DONT DELIVER ON TIME AND SOMETIMES THEY DONT EVEN DELIVER AT ALL AND THEN THEIR USELESS CUSTOMER CARE DONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP.

Never order from here if you want to get the item delivered at a particular time frame. I ordered a product that had to be delivered in 5-6 days, and it has been more than 20 days, the event also got passed and I could gift this item as planned. Tech team is not responding as well. Avoid placing orders here.

I am writing this review to strongly warn everyone about my terrible experience with Homafy.com. This website appears to be completely fake and misleading. I had ordered an artwork from them, believing it would be a real handmade creation as shown and promised on their website. However, what I received was nothing more than a digital app filter applied to the photo I provided.

They falsely advertise their work as handmade or custom-made by professional artists, but in reality, it seems they simply use a mobile app or AI tool to convert your image into a sketch or painting style. There is no originality, no craftsmanship, and no effort involved in what they deliver.

When I tried to contact them about this, their customer support was unresponsive and provided no proper explanation or refund. It’s extremely disappointing to see such scams still running under the name of “artwork” and fooling genuine customers who appreciate real handmade art.

To anyone thinking of ordering from Homafy.com – please don’t waste your money or trust. There are many genuine artists and websites that actually hand-draw or paint each artwork with care and creativity. Homafy.com is not one of them.

In short, they deliver fake, app-generated images while charging you for handmade work. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and misleading. My honest advice: avoid this website completely if you value real art and don’t want to get scammed.

I ordered a Rakhi in July and today they are telling me it got returned to them and they can’t refund money as per their policy….its a fraud company…not my fault if u couldn’t deliver the product on time…i should hv checked reviews bfre placing an order…not even 1 star rating….

When took followup they asked to pay Rs.100 again to reship. I paid it , then also did not ship. Plenty of mails but no reply

They have digested my money and my order did not delivered. Fake site ,fake customer support on insta they are chatting and pretending and lying on the name of customer support chat.Delivery person is bluffing continuously in a pattern, he is calling me again and again and despite of telling apartment name and address many times in single phone call,he and she ( as there were one male and one female on call) were reciting wrong apartment name deliberately and updated back immediately "undelivered" status on system. He didn't even tried to Deliver parcel even after telling them that I am at home only. You are ruining my Rakshabandhan.

Pathetic service and site, will never buy or will suggest this site again. And will review it worst on social media platforms. Customer support is dropping and refusing every single call. No refund, no order delivery , no support, no customer call support.

⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – This Website is a Complete Scam!

Do NOT order anything from this site. They stole my money and are refusing to refund it. I paid half the amount in advance, and not only did I never receive my order, but now they’re sending shady emails claiming the parcel was “returned” and that I need to pay the full amount again if I want the product. What kind of scam logic is this?

When I contacted them:

They admitted the item was out of stock (so they knowingly took money for something they couldn’t deliver).

I asked for a refund—they refused, citing some garbage "non-refundable" policy AFTER failing to fulfill the order.

They are completely unreachable on WhatsApp and Instagram.

The phone support is a joke—they act clueless and make no effort to resolve anything.

This is blatant fraud. They’re running a shady operation with zero accountability and are just looting people’s money under the disguise of a store.

If you're reading this and considering buying from them—DON’T. You’ll lose your money, your time, and your peace of mind. There are plenty of trustworthy businesses out there—this is not one of them.

I would not even give 1 star to this site. They sent defected piece and then when I reported about it immediately after delivery with photos and videos they haven’t arranged for any pick up or even replied to my emails. Please don’t buy any item from this site. They are scammers.

I had ordered a gift for someone s birthday....but they deliver the products so late that the birthday was over and the gift was a waste and customer service is horrible.....they don't respond to you....they take about a month to deliver and that too comes damaged....bad bad bad

This Website is fooling people by giving bad products, which comes with different customisation, their customer service is useless, they don't have policy to return the product, bad all products, not worth any penny. .

Warning to Others – Do Not Order from Them!
They are cheating customers. I placed an order for a customized school set including a bag with printed name, water bottle, tiffin box, and cutlery, costing ₹3299. (Order ID: #78888)

But I received only the bag. When I raised a complaint, they asked for an unboxing video — which no one usually records unless prompted. This feels like a clear trick to avoid responsibility.

I won’t let this go. I’m preparing to take this up with the Consumer Court. Please be cautious.

Homafy... Complete fraud and scam...
I have been chasing them for a week for exchange of my passport cover... It was a damaged one when received... The girl from customer support says it is damaged in transit, we cannot do much about it.. How can a passport cover packed in a stirdy box get damaged from inside in transit? They definitely packed a faulty piece. And now they are not even responding to my exchange request... Do not buy anything from this website...

Pathetic quality. Automated conversion of picture to animation rather than hand painting. Charged thousands for something that could be done in a few hundred
