After having asked for 3 years of having a second email address added to the contribution list (as we had trouble receiving all emails) we finally got a reply from the company to 1 email address! They assure us that the director of the campground treats our concerns with highest seriousness and professionalism which amazes me. Didn’t she first send the ‘End of Season-Email’ around to everybody and just after that looked into adding our second email address? This has been an ongoing story for now 3 years!
I booked a stay in this camping for three days. And on checkout purchased insurance for cancelation. Now when i need to cancel there was no way to get in touch with company. Nobody reply emails and insurance company completely ignored my emails and they don’t have any phone number too. Offering fake insurances to customers is below standards. Never would stay here.
Very frustrating experience dealing with Homair and Mervilla Parks. I was booking multiple sites in Ireland and France, including Mervilla Parks in Ile de Re, back in June for our holidays in August/September. Later on in July when I was checking all the confirmation emails I noticed I had no confirmation from Mervilla Parks, or any correspondence at all. So I found availability at another site and booked that. I then noticed that Homair had taken the full amount from my credit card. When I tried to get a refund they told me they couldn't do that and that they had sent confirmation and a holiday voucher (which they hadn't). They then told me to write a complaint to their customer services. I did this and almost a month later have heard nothing back, despite a follow up email.
Rented a mobile home with TV. TV wasn't installed, so they knew in advance. Was compensated 5 euro per day.
We are very happy to have been used Homair for our 11 days holiday in Spain Criexell family resort, easy to book, no problem, good service and price
One week before we arrived June 2024, got an email from homair to say our package in carnac les menhirs was changed and we had a smaller mobile, options accept or cancel. Booking done in January so I was not happy. Had no option to accept as we were leaving next day to stay in benodet (with sandaya, who are brilliant). I went back and forth with Email and tried to figure out how this happened, all I got was computer glitch? Anyway was dreading arrival as I was going to fight my corner, however the people on site were wonderful and said this is happening to everyone as homair are now doing bookings for euro camp too and over booking on their system. My mobile wasn't too much smaller and I negotiated all the items be returned to me in my package ie WiFi, cleaning sheets and towels, no TV though. But I had to really fight for it over email and threaten all sorts of repercussions if my holiday was ruined due to their mess up. Got tiny refund but with the stress and hassle and very late notification will avoid in future. I have been travelling to France to campsites for 15 years and this is first time accommodation was changed so do not believe the nonsense that from time to time this happens. Not good enough sort your booking system out and prioritise early bookings.
Homair are magicians. They make things disappear. Bedrooms, TV,s Aircon and now towels and laundry. I booked a 4 bed with Homair with air con & TV, towels, etc in Clarys Plage in July 23 for July 24. At the time I was holidaying on the site and saw they had a number of almost new 4 beds available. I booked one and paid my deposit. In February 2024, I got an email to say that they didn't have a 4 bed on site. This was a lie. They did. I saw at least 3 of them last year. They were also available on their website. They downgraded us to a 3 bed with no TV or Aircon. I protested, got no satisfaction, and asked to elevate my complaint. They didn't. An email from them on 6th or 7th March said they would allow us a few euro off the stay and gave us complimentry linen. The very next day, I got another email to say that linen and towels are no longer available on this site. I have been staying in Clarys Plage for the last 10 years. This is my first and last time with Homair. The way they are carrying on, they will make Clarys Plage disappear next. By the way Homair. I am still awaiting your email response from your Customer Service Team, who seem to have disappeared also.
Update. Homair allowed the linen and gave us a discount for the inconvenience of the disappearing 4 beds with aircon, TV and outdoor furniture.
Update....1st July 2024. Homair, just to let you know, We are on site. Guess what. The 4 beds are still here.... They have aircon TV and fixed outdoor furniture....and guess what, people staying in them...not us, other people....Imagine that...They didn't disappear at all.....To answer my own question, you are not magicians......

We have been going to this campsite for years and enjoyed our stay and will return next year. The animations were good and kids enjoyed but the noise level was so high as to register as noise pollution. It was impossible with the set up of stage and volume of the speakers to go for a quiet drink in the evening. Volume should be turned down and thought given to those with babies wen loudspeakers on vehicles brought through campsite. Also the bar closed early and gave out plastic/single use cups in evening which is unsustainable and polluting practice. Cost of ice-cream for sizes was very expensive

One star because I can’t give them anything less. We didn’t know we were booking a Homair stay as we booked through a broker and what a disappointment. Awful caravans! They are not clean, poor condition, everything falling apart, not well kitted out. Staff can care-less.
I’ve come to leave a review and now I’m dreading them trying to keep my deposit!! Great.

Nothing was done. So, perhaps you need to edit your standard replies. Again, just shows how you just take peoples money and don’t care.

Stay went well, accommodation basic and not particularly clean on arrival. Paid the 150 deposit, left accommodation spotless on departure, have correspondence with the campsite stating that my deposit should be returned AFTER it was taken from my account. Got a letter today from them with pictures of what appears to be a different caravan stating we had not cleaned it and deposit was being kept. These photos are not time stamped and our stay was over 3 weeks ago. I have photos of the accommodation taken on the day of departure that prove it was cleaned to a high standard. Will be taking this to court if my deposit is not returned.

I have been going to Castell Montgri in Spain for years but my first time using Homair…NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! The mobiles are tiny, no oven, only 3/4 bbqs available on the whole site, no kettles, the mobiles are cleaned by previous owner and not the company so defo not cleaned properly and with covid I don’t think this is exceptable!! The reps are not available til approx 4 each day and the bed linen 🤣🤣 it’s paper disposable bed linen, I have never seen anything like it, I went to the market to by bed linen & towels as they don’t do them!! It was the worst company I have ever been with and no air conditioning is a disgrace, we had 3 fans on 24hrs a day with I would think would cost a lot more money in electricity than putting air in on for an hour or two. I will be letting everyone know not to go with this company!! When we asked for a bbq to cook they eventually after 2 days (as they were on a holiday day 😳) they brought us a burger grill, table top grill, NOT A BBQ. They leave young kids to run the campsite, not a manager to be seen!! Worst company ever, do not use this company, it ruined my holiday!!

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY
This is a disreputable company who will rob you of your deposit. I have an ongoing dispute I will take to court if I have to. We left the accom spotless but they still charged us 150 euros. I have sent evidence, over a dozen photos and they insist no cleaning was done. Avoid them like the plague.

We left our mobile spotless. After the inspection we were told our deposit of 170 euro would be transferred to our bank. It has been almost 4 weeks and they refuse to contact us. Pay us back our 170 Euros!!

Hi, first time I have stayed with Homair and believe me never ever again!! We arrived at Camp Castell Montgri at around 09:45am and no help whatsoever with check only being allowed at 16:00pm, this was not ideal with 2 young children! Then being 'greeted' with no sign of smile or welcoming at all by a horrendous rep called VIRGINIA (Vile person), took €150 deposit off me and then a further €16.33 for 'taxes' but lady in front of us was not charged any of this on arrival! Could not ask the rep this as her English was very bad. Virginia and her male colleague were staying in accomodation next to us just drinking of a night on balcony but not to be seen of a daytime (these were the only 2 reps) we seen for all 11 nights from Homair! Then, on checkout these 2 absolute disgraceful ambassadors of your company tried to tell me I was not getting my deposit back because the floor was slightly dirty (with the male wiping his finger on the floor) to try and show this. Our accomodation I can assure you was cleaner than when we arrived (see images) I then was given 30 minutes to clean the accomodation. I literally brushed all the same and was then advised it was clean and deposit which I believe was going towards the nightly drinking sessions was handed back over and he left without even a thank you or goodbye! I did not get his name but I really wish I did!! These 2 horrible human beings have really given your company a bad name in my eyes and I will 100% not stay with yourselves again and I will also be advising other people to steer clear also.

Don’t go near them!
We recently booked a holiday but we’ve been forced to cancel due to a death in the family and the funeral landing in the middle of our holiday booking. We paid extra for cancellation insurance and are now being asked to provide a ridiculous amount of documents in order to cancel, such as death certificate, official proof of relation to the deceased, official statements from the bank to prove our name and address, bank details etc.
I find it absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to be questioned over and asked to do such things when our family is already suffering enough and have have more than enough legal organisation and documentation to deal with.
The company is an absolute disgrace. Shame on them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A SOUTHERN FRANCE DESTINATION. We go to the South of France annually, this year we thought to try something outside St. Tropez. The Grimaud location is right at the beach so access is awesome. Unfortunately our ancient rental was a bait and switch. It was FILTHY dirty upon arrival and stunk of sewage. We spent the first 45 minutes removing spiders and webs from every room of the unit, then had to mop the floor and wash nearly every dish/pan. We are leaving early now, as the ENORMOUS STENCH in our unit is unbearable, and management has no solution. There are many beautiful rentals in this location, available via other companies, but Homair units are literally cesspools in comparison. We will never rent from this company again, in any location. If I'm to be constructive: get new management, replace your units, fix the sewage system, and find people who give a $hit.
Hands off!! This organization ist just perfect in withdrawing money from your bank account, but it's nearly impossible to terminate or cancel a reservation. They repeatedly changed the conditions. It's almost impossible to contact them by phone or by chat. Totally bad service: It's not possible to request a specific mobile home number. Attention: Now they call their camping sites "Marvilla Parks".
