Table drawer does not work, too weak at slide system
Same issue on TC cabinet
Washing machine quality is not good replaced by HOMAT
Chair at reading room is not strong enough
Lamps are too small (mistake from our side, we do not confirm size before rental, so no useful for us), maybe with picture guideline to help your customer

I'm much satisfied with the service of HOMAT. 1) Good arrangement and layout of the furniture in the rented apartment before my arrival; 2) Timely exchanges of the dish-washer and the chest of drawers upon the request of addressing usage issues.

I was reluctant about renting furniture, but I was very pleased with the service the quality of the furniture.
