I ordered a pendant lamp Oct

I ordered a pendant lamp Oct. 1. I just got a tracking number and we are approaching Nov. 1. If you go on Reddit, there are absolutely NO positive reviews. I am beginning to suspect the positive reviews here are AI generated bots.
I emailed Helen and no response. I have a tracking number but it hasn't even left shipping. Terrible company and wish I had not ordered as I didn't know it came from China.
I still think the positive reviews are bogus.

Buyer Beware: Stay FAR far away

I ordered a lamp on 9/6, received a "your item has shipped" notification two days later but the item did not arrive for over a month by which time I'd bought a replacement from another vendor. I bought buyer protection so thought I could just return it for a full refund but the company is a shady one based out of HK and refused to honor my request.

I was extremely happy with my light…

I was extremely happy with my light when it arrived and I have been enjoying it for nearly 2 years. The bulb started to go out and I went to the lamp shop, but it’s speciality bulb so I reached out to the company and they sent me a new one very quickly. I couldn’t recommend them more. Great products

Perfect Lamp!

We bought this lamp and were really happy with it right out of the box. The glass looks great in person — colorful but still clean and modern. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the cord made it super easy to hang at the right height in our space. Overall, it’s an amazing piece that looks unique and adds a lot of character for the price. Avoid this Company!

Avoid this company! They are not reputable and do not honor their word when it comes to returns or refunds. I reached out four times regarding a defective pendant and patiently waited for their response. Their last email asked if I wanted a replacement or refund—I clearly replied requesting a return and refund for the unbalanced, slanted pendant. That was four days ago, and I’ve received no reply since.

They are clearly ignoring the issue. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from them unless you’re willing to risk receiving a faulty product with zero support.

For transparency, I’ve saved a copy of their email in case they try to claim I never contacted them. Their message was sent on 9/11/25, and I responded the same day—and every day since—with no response.

PLEASE READ!!!! SCAMMERS! I purchased five ceiling pendants from Homediy For approx. £450, however, very shortly after discovered that many other sites had the same pendants for at least 30 to 40% cheaper. I messaged Homediy within two hours of placing the order (as they do not have a contact number, being in China!). I told them I would like to cancel my order because I have found the products much cheaper elsewhere. They got back to me the next day and offered me a £100 gesture of goodwill if I kept the products. I responded to say I would still like to cancel and a full refund. In the meantime, their charge was showing on my bank account as pending. They completely disregarded my email and proceeded to take the money out of my account and even had the audacity to send me an email to say “we are now processing your order”. Just to be clear, their terms and conditions state that cancellations within 24 hours are free of charge and the customer is entitled to a full refund. However, just like many other reviewers here what they actually do is they pretend that they have not seen your cancellation request and proceed to process your order and do not refund. My bank has now initiated a dispute with them and refunded me the amount, but these kind of companies leave a really bad taste in one’s mouth because they have no values, no sense of ethics and they are simply out to get you. Every penny means a lot to them so their terms and conditions are actually absolutely meaningless.

Fantastic customer service

Homdiy hardware have been really helpful from the offset. I had an issue where a lampshade was broken by a tradesman following installation. Homdiy responded immediately and offered assistance and a great deal once I explained the situation. Would 100% recommend due to the aftercare assurances.
