Postmodern Pendant Lights
I love Homdiy! They are so nice and easy to work with, and their products are beautiful. You can tell each item is made of really good quality materials and very durable.
I have 3 of their Nordic Postmodern Creative Glass Pendants, and they are so beautiful. The glass is so expensive looking and the way the lights dangle look so elegant and classy. I would highly recommend their products!

I ordered green lights that took forever to come they are not cheap only to recieve
brown ones nothing like the picture!
I want ti return them for a full refund they want to offer a discount! They are not in the UK they are in China . They do not respond I paid over £150 to recieve what was not advertised on their website ..
my advise is not to order from this company they are not UK AS ADVERTISED.. said it’d cost me a lot of money to return yet I’ve received incorrect goods!

Do not buy from Homdiy
The light took months to arrive with very poor communication on what was going on with it , one of the only updates being a list of numbers for contact about delivery which do not work. After arriving too late to be fitted (we are having a full renovation and all the lights needed to be fitted at the same time by an electrician) have had zero response on how to return. Never dealt with a company like this before and hope I don’t ever again.

Takes forever and may not be correct…
Ordered multiple lights from this company. It took over a month to receive the order, at which point one light was damaged in transit. Now 7 months later I am still trying to get the light I ordered. They sent me a new fixture but it was missing a base plate. Then they sent me a base plate and it was the wrong color and size. Now I’m still emailing back and forth with them to get the proper parts to install the set. Again it’s been 7 months and I still can’t install these lights

Been trying to contact the company…
Been trying to contact the company about 2 faulty lights. £600 and no reply. Supposedly dimmable but the light is no brighter than a tee light candle. I want to return these lights and I want a full refund. Hunting through internet pages after internet pages looking for ways to contact the company and the only available way is service@diy. No contact number no other email address. The lights also came with no instructions and in 1000 pieces in a plain brown box with no packaging to prevent breakages of the lights.

It took some time! You must exercise patience and have faith that the light fixture will arrive. It arrived in flawless packaging! Everything came in perfect shape. This light fixture is the most exquisite one I have owned. It was a fantastic price as well!

Cancelled my order and no refund
Within 24 hours after placing my order, I changed my mind (for a variety of reasons) and asked to cancel the order and refund my money. There is no refund and no confirmation of the cancelled order. Now Helen isn't answering my emails. There is no reason for Homdiy to withhold a refund as the order wasn't shipped. Very very bad business. No ethics. Not trustworthy.
I've filed a dispute with my bank. My first time.
Words of wisdom, run, don't walk, from this "business."

Damaged order, poor communication
I placed an order in early May for a chandelier that arrived in June, part of it broken. I contacted Homdiy to receive a replacement piece, sent photos, and was told they would send a replacement. I received a package in late June from Homdiy, but it was the incorrect piece that looked as if it came from another fixture. Since then, I've contacted the company four times. I sent photos and explained the situation, gave my order number and asked for a replacement. I have received no response as of August. Without that piece, the fixture is useless. I recommend avoiding this company.

I am waiting for a response to emails and social media DMs. The return policy looks a little insane, and I feel it is made more difficult by a lack of response from the company and very limited contact information.
The delivery came in two parts, which I wasn’t expecting or informed about. The first part came when expected, the second took a week longer.
