Please be aware that whilst rattan direct sell rattan garden furniture their 7 year advertised guarantee is worthless as they only support the quality of the rattan for a two year period. My 3 year old Oxford dining set is breaking up despite being gently used and covered when not in use - buyer beware

Still waiting over a month later for missing parts. Lack of communication and only chat function available. AVOID!!

Overall really good customer service. The glass top arrived smashed but home rattan arranged a replacement as soon as I emailed them.
Te set looks absolutely beautiful in my garden and is really comfortable. We have had all evening meals around the table and have already created some amazing family memories around it.

Ordering was very easy and was delivered in 3 days and great service and the deliver gentlemen was very helpful and kind

Still awaiting delivery for the item. It was scheduled for last week, then marked as delivered but no item was received. The emails are very vague. Poor customer service. They could do with having a contact number.

I was very impressed with the delivery, ordered Monday evening and my furniture was delivered Friday afternoon not to mention it was all assembled., quality of furniture to a very high standard...One happy lady 😊

Delivered when they said they were going to , everything was perfect and was well worth the money.

I initially rated my set as 5 star but discovered the fire pit won’t stay alight beyond the first minute of lighting

I contacted them on 17th May and was promised we would receive a replacement ignition switch within 10 days but this has not arrived.

Can’t get a contact number to speak to someone directly, communicating via chat facility which is really frustrating

I will continue to update my review on a weekly basis to provide insight into customer service and resolution as this is such an important factor consumers consider when purchasing goods and I would appreciate someone posting this if I was shopping

Was a bit dubious about ordering from a firm I didnt know but any doubts were unfounded bought the milano 9 seater fire pit set and I love it the cushions are so thick and comfy plenty lava rocks for the fire pit great customer service answered any enquiries promptly would recommend this company

I’m very pleased with our new garden furniture,I was shocked with how big it is, however very nice and comfortable cushions. It was very fast delivery, ordered on the Monday and delivered to me on the Thursday which I never expected. I would recommend everyone to buy from your company. I was expecting my delivery on 6th may. It was changed by you due to the coronation so I picked 12th may. I was just going out on Saturday and it turned up?

We are so pleased with our new garden furniture, it looks so lovely and is exactly what we wanted. Delivery was on the day we expected and everything was packaged well. We would recommend Home Rattan.
