I've been using BlueSnap payment service for years and have been quite satisfied with them throughout the years.
That's not to say I wouldn't change anything at all. One thing I might change is bi-monthly payouts instead of monthly. Also, there seems to be an issue with customers not being allowed to use PayPal to pay if an affiliate is involved in the transaction. These things are relatively minor for me though.
Overall I'd give them 4.5 stars and round up to 5.

Bluesnap has been helpful and provides us with services for many of our customers with ZERO problems and a system and P2P we definitely recommend.
I look at the reviews and chargebacks occur when you as a company provide a service or product that is not what the customer wanted or you have not held up your end of the sale. this is not a Bluesnap issue. but your issue of poor service. We have no chargebacks as we provide what the customers want. I cannot thank Bluenap enough for supporting our business with such a great range of services in many countries.

Dealing with BlueSnap is an absolute nightmare as a merchant. They refuse to assist or respond to support tickets. Refuse to assist with chargebacks and always side with the buyer. Every contact with them results in a runaround that goes on for days. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Update: I've reached out to BlueSnap regarding this to their email address noted below. We'll see if we get a response or resolution on this.
Update #2: We replied to the chargeback and never got a response from BlueSnap. We keep getting the run around to contact Regpack regarding issues and that we cannot speak to BlueSnap directly. This is honestly getting to the point it's becoming pathetic. You respond here on the public form but refuse to respond via email. Look I get it Regpack gets a cut from every sale we do on BlueSnap from your higher than average transaction fees but we should at least get direct support without getting the runaround. Regpack is a software provider not the Merchant. The merchant should work directly with the customer and resolve outstanding issues.
The reason you have so many negative reviews is because you can't even resolve simple issues in a timely manner. This is absolutely pathetic.

We are working with BlueSnap for over a year now and I must say this is the worst decision I ever made for my company!
They decided to reserve $7K with no alerts, no explanations and didn't agree to release it!
To make it clear our monthly revenue is 15K, and they took 7K in one month!
They expect us to make changes in our core system in one day, We don't have money to pay employees!

They contacted us back in order to re-evaluate our business that was refused because of the bad reviews one year before.
After 1 months of paperwork they declined even if they contacted us.
Stay far away from these timewasters, is better that they look at their bad reviews not to the review of their potential customers.

We are a customer of bluesnap since 14 months ago. Our account was suspended two days ago due to a mistake made by one of our team. We came today on this site to speak frankly, so honesty bluesnap is the best PSP we have dealt with, a wonderful support team and high-level developpers working in this company, in addition to the many payment methods available , i am really surprised at the negative reviews below, but I am sure that these have violated the terms and conditions of Bluesnap.
Unfortunately, we are forced to use another PSP at this moment, but we will always hope that we receive a message stating that the account was opened again, and we will not hesitate to return to using bluesnap again.

Our team applied for a merchant account almost 3 weeks ago. We've had absolutely zero communication from the sales team, or anyone responsible for approvals. No indication of how long it will take, no request for further information. Nothing.
When contacting the support team, we only got vague responses about it being in progress, and they have since stopped responding.
At this point, I would not recommend Bluesnap. Their sales and support seems shockingly poor.
*update on BlueSnap's response here. After 3 weeks of no progress and being referred to various people who kept asking the same things, we dropped them.
BlueSnap is truly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Stay away.

I asked one simple question and they started to bombard me with different emails how they can't support my business but I never requested their service, I just asked one simple question and didn't get the answer..
Funny blue snap answers to review, saying we have chargebacks... last chargeback was on November 11th last year, so for what potential chargebacks are you holding funds ? If there is no chargebacks anymore... second of all its a clear image that yous just dont want to give back money, yous try your best to make something up, but i will not stop till i get my funds, as this is nonsense. This company advertise on ecom empires, pretending that they accept dropshipping businesses and then tell you you broke there terms, they offer influencers to tell different information regarding what services they provide and then with there false advertising make you look like you broke some rules. Note they wait till you have more money in account then they block you!!! I will spread this word everywhere, one funny thing i know influencers personally that yous had advertised and we see what happens now ;) maybe good luck in your business

Closed down our account put reserve on 38k and never received back, total fraud company. Making excuses to keep payments, which is illegal, by the law they cannot keep more than 180 days but they do it anyways. Need to report them everywhere and make sure nobody use them ever again.

It deserves ZERO starts. They became billing vendor for IM CREATOR. They sent me now the second email for a billing failure. No idea what the issue is. My card is good. The first time IMRS looked into it and resolved it although I don't know what they did since I am still using same card. The real issue is that there is no way to get in touch with support. They are NEVER there. You can send email, call and leave a message NO ONE EVER RESPONDS TO YOU.
There is no customer service whatsoever. They suck. Not good when there are live websites on the line and you can't get a problem resolved. Advice: if you are dealing with a company that turns their billing over to this clownshow of a company, run the other way. A simple 5 minute call to fix turns into a weeks of aggravation and it is not worth it. So I'm working on using another platform for my websites so I don't have to deal with this idiocy any longer

I have been using BlueSnap for a little over a year now. We built a custom integration, so the coding effort was a little intense, but they have all the functionality We need. I can’t speak about their support because we haven’t needed any! Deposits hit our bank account on time and their reporting is great - we know exactly what is going on with our sales.

Worst experience with a payment provider!
I wish I read the comments here before working with Bluesnap. In the begining, I was so happy because my application is approved almost immadiately, and I started using their service.
I was doing Facebook Ads and started making sales immadiately. Then, the next day I scaled my ads but there was no sales at all. Then I suspected and checked my website's checkout page, BlueSnap was not working! I checked my mails, and I saw that they were saying my application is declined, there was not any explanation, and they just stopped processing, did not give any extra time for me to move to a new processor.
I lost so much money on Facebook Ads, but this is not the worst part. I wanted them to payout my sales. Customer support, Mark, said that I have no sales, so no payout. Then I sent him screen shot of my acoount balance in BlueSnap. Then he said that all of those sales will probably be refunded, so there will be no payout. I had so many transactions with the same website before and I got only one refund, zero chargeback.
I sent him 2-3 more mails but none of them are answered. I do not recommend at all.
Edit: What they say in the reply is totally true. After Mark did not answer me in couple days, I thought I will not get answer ever and wrote this review.
However, then Alfonso answered me, and did everything they say in the reply. I was appreciated with your answer but I still want to give 2 stars because even you decide to not work with a business, I think you should give them some time to find another payment processor. If they did not stop processing immediately, I would not lose money on advertisement.
Also, they offered me to send payout six months later if I send some documents. This does not make sense, even if I was scamming people, no one will apply for a chargeback 5 months later.

Awful customer service. After 2.5 years, they canceled our account with less than a day notice. It's actually par for the course given past experiences so I wasn't surprised, even if I was very disappointed. Left our business in a lurch.
Save yourself headache and heartache - find a different provider to work with.
