They don't steal your money and they do offer some form of the service they promise...so it isn't a scam in this sense...however what you're told when you sign up and what happens after is very different.
Expect to get screwed every possible way from bluesnap. If they can find a way to charge an extra percent here and there they will...all while frustrating the hell out of you with their customer service.
Ultimately you'll end up paying a lot if you choose them...so if you have better options, take em!

Terrible Company. Difficult to use API docs and sales representative will not answer your questions or call you back. Processed of $10K in transactions and then told us they were holding our money for 60 days because they think our web design and development company is a Risk. AKA - steal your money - don't answer you back - and then keep your money for an undisclosed amount of time. We will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and states attorney general.
