£150 I paid for a form filling in, trying to speak to someone on live chat is ridiculous they ask for order number and ask if you have uploaded files then leave you waiting and don’t reply for 30 minutes.. contacted them by email and still no response.

I requested a Fit to Fly certificate…
I requested a Fit to Fly certificate for my pregnancy. I expected it to arrive or have any news by the end of the day, but after a whole 24 hr no update.
I chatted with someone from support and he told me I didn't upload any documentation, which was not true. I sent over, again, the EXACT same documents and one hour later I had the certificate. They didn't even read what I sent them because if they did they would have read all the data that my consultant wrote down. I would understand if they said to me earlier that they needed more, but the lack of communication was very unprofessional. 2 stars only because I received it at the end.
