If I could give less than 1 star I would. I worked for them as a cleaner, they allowed clients to do chargebacks with absolutely no remorse to cleaners. Cleaners are demanded to pay back charge backs... See more

Membership fee nonsense. Not one lie has been told by other reviews. Horrible at communicating. How the hell is this company still in business?? They’ve been scamming people for a decade.

OMG ! This company is such a scam ! First they trapped me into signing by advertising a one time cleaning at $18 per hour. Then they say there is a $140 cancellation. Now they have charged me a monthly of $60 for membership AND $180 additional in mysterious fees that I don't know what it is ! Like what the hell, and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, i don't know how to get my money back at all. I wish I had read their reviews.

we had a 6 month membership as they require so you have to pay there membership fee every month no matter if they can find someone to clean your house or not. out of those 6 months only 2 times were we able to get someone out. nobody would pick up our cleaning, we tried different times and dates and either they didnt pick up or they would last minute cancel.

I cannot say enough bad things about this deceptive service. They offer you a three hour cleaning for $19 if you accept, it is not clear on the page that you are signing up for a six month membership at $50 a month. I live in a not very big town in Vermont and they have not been able to find me cleaners. Their cleaners confirm and then never show up. I spend hours picking up my house to get ready for someone to come clean and then no one shows up. I have had to cancel meetings in order to be home for someone who never comes and I never get notified of the cancellation. Despite being unable to source Cleaners for me, they continue to charge me $50 a month and refuse to waive the $140 cancellation fee even though THEY are unable to provide service. This is completely deceptive and an absolutely terrible service.

Terrible cleaning. Couldn’t even mop the floors. This is scam they offer a low rate but then put you on a long term plan you can’t get out of.

Including the initial voucher, platform, cancellation, and other fees, I paid $353 for 8 hours of cleaning with a pro who charges $25/hour. Ridiculous.

No one came. No customer service to respond to complaints. Charged for services I never got. Fraud
Avoid Homeaglow.
I experienced a serious incident during a cleaning booked through their platform involving theft of personal property and a physical altercation. What’s worse than the incident itself is how Homeaglow handled it.
They failed to conduct any fair or balanced investigation and instead accepted the cleaner’s claims at face value, suspended my account, and denied responsibility. I was told to “contact the cleaner directly” to recover stolen property—despite never being given any contact information. That is not just unhelpful, it’s completely irresponsible.
Homeaglow advertises a Theft and Damage Policy, but in my experience it is meaningless. I met every listed requirement—paid in full, reported within the required timeframe, maintained a good account standing—and my claim was still dismissed. The policy appears to exist only to give customers a false sense of protection.
This situation raises serious concerns about customer safety and accountability. When a company sends someone into your home, they should stand behind that service. Homeaglow does not.
If something goes wrong, do not expect support, protection, or even a basic level of fairness.
Use this service at your own risk.
not a good experience, got charged multiple times over 3 days when no one came to my house, got charged twice each for 6 hours worth of cleaning on the day she came, and only stayed for 3 hours, then tried to insist we pay cash on the side for an additional 6 hours for the person(her son) that she brought with her. was dissapointed in the quality of work and lack of intention to detail. Didnt get the additional services we paid for, the whole time she was at my house she was messaging me worrying about getting paid, trying to get us to go all cash on the side even after I explained I had been charged 3 times before anyone ever showed up. in total 1 charge for 20 dollar coupon, 4 charges for 6 hour cleanings, when we only actually received 1, and we gave them 60 cash politely, to get them out of hour house. extremely dissapointed, and sad.
I only paid for a one time cleaning service fee using a voucher I received. Next thing I know they are charging me for a membership I never signed up for. When I noticed this back in October I told them to cancel it because I never signed up for it. “Emma” or whatever the name of their customer service team is started giving me the run around saying that I have to pay over $100 to cancel it. Excuse me? It is ILLEGAL for you to charge someone for a service they are not using. It is unprofessional for you to force someone into a membership that they never signed up for. I will NEVER use their service again. These people are scammers and they have been stressing me out since last year October. Why am I being charged several months later after using a service only one time and never signing up for a membership? Anyone with a sane mind would cancel the membership I never signed up for, apologize and hope to use their service again, but instead they kept giving me the run around. Very weird people. I hope their business falls one day. These are not trustworthy people. And not to mention, their cleaning service was trash.
Beware! This is a scam ! Stay away. Poor service, unexplained last minute cancellations.
This company is a scam. They keep charging us monthly even though they can't get a cleaner to come to our house.

I cannot express to avoid this website more it literally took my money couldn't find a cleaner for months in a row and then when I complained it still said it have to charge me $50 a month for the cleaner that could not come even though I was paying for the service in fact some of the cleaners even canceled that month and yet I was still charge premium on my service when I complained. no refund nothing whatsoever this website is an absolute joke it maybe matches you 3% of the time that you need to clean up do not join avoid at all costs this is a complete scam!!! What an absolute joke I'm mostly mad that I let myself sign up for this in the first place zero customer service zero ethics, a complete scam!!
BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU gives them an F rating!
If I could give less than one star I would. I called to schedule last week and told of my requirements of a DEEP CLEAN throughout the home. The cleaning lady and her sister arrived 1.5 hours late. (She had requested to arrive early at 8 AM). They came ill prepared with NO vacuum and a bucket of bleach and fabuloso. (My previous cleaners always brought their own vacuum.) They DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH and that was one of my requirements so I could communicate with one person. We had to use her translation app to speak. She was not told it was a deep clean. I went to the Dashboard and it reads STANDARD CLEANING. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I have tried numerous times to call since with the 3 numbers I had. I pressed 2 to cancel with each phone call. UNACCEPTABLE way to do business where there is no communication or support team available. I want my full refund immediately but again no option to request. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRADULENT COMPANY!
My housekeeper was wonderful. This website it’s trash. They trap people into getting a subscription and then won’t let them cancel because they are aggressive when it comes to getting the housekeepers out here and Forrest they’re like hurry hurry hurry people.
Got scamamed, too! They signed me up for a monthly plan without authorization, then refused to cancel the membership I never authorized for a fee - wanted me to pay almost $300 to cancel. DO NOT USE HOMEAGLOW!
