Never received my order or a response to my messages.

Ordered an item, 2 months and i still havent got it. No response from them. Dont order from this website, its a fraud.

I never received my order and nobody is replying to my emails. It seems like a big fraud. I am really disappointed.

Cancelled and refunded my order with no explanation.

I ordered a height chart for my daughters playroom which arrived wrapped in a bin liner and therefore damaged in arrival! Not what I was expecting from a Brand who label themselves as ‘premium.’ I’ve tried to make contact vi the link on the website for 8 weeks now and still have had no response.

Bought the sleeping pod and little elephant soft toy for a friend for their newborn. They couldn’t have been happier! She sleeps like a dream in the pod and so easy to place anywhere, and the elephant is her fave to cuddle up with 😁🤗 super happy with the quality and style and most of all the love these products give and get! ❤️

I brought Done By Deer Playmat for my daughter and compared to high street playmats I was impressed with the quality and durability!! It is so easy to wash and after a couple washes it looks brand new! Excellent customer service & delivery! Thank you definitely will be ordering more in the future!
