We bought 27 swift boxes for my village…
We bought 27 swift boxes for my village (South Leigh, Oxfordshire) and we put them up on 25th April. We had four different types in the end and put up 35 in total. James was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would say your standard swift box is on the small side compared to the others. Also the others all came with a nesting cup of some sort with clean feathers. We created a nesting area @ 1/3 across the box on the opposite end to the opening by putting a smooth piece of wooden decorative moulding across and put in a few (bought) feathers to encourage the swifts to stay. Now we are just waiting… !!! Some of the villagers have swift callers to encourage them to take a look, but one thing is for sure… if we don’t have the habitat for them they can’t stay, so here’s hoping, x

Communication and Delivery was excellent. The product is really good - albeit one of the pieces of wood frame was a little warped; however, the product still fitted together and was easy to erect with a drill. One person can put it together easily following the diagram closely. So good that this is a British made product - well done!

The timber used to make the bird table…
The timber used to make the bird table was good, but the construction left a lot to be desired. The timber roof had gaps you could see daylight through, so no chance of keeping out the rain. While the post was put togther with quite sturdy screws, the rest was just staples that were not really fit for the job. So I had to use gorrilla glue to stabalise the post, and put roofing felt on the roof. So should be ok now.

I ordered 2 hedgehog houses
I ordered 2 hedgehog houses. They were a good price. Unfortunately one arrived with the tunnel floor installed upside down. However, when I emailed them to say that I needed a replacement quickly, they were very apologetic and a new tunnel arrived 2 days later. Just in time for my new rescue hedghogs arriving.

As advertised all parts fitted together without any sanding or cutting of the individual wooden parts. Hardest part was actually hanging the long sparrow shelter/nesting box and getting the fixings in the right place on the concrete wall.

Beautiful planter and brilliant customer service!
I ordered the 4ft Sussex planter which was delivered very quickly and seamlessly. The planter itself is really lovely and of a great build quality. Unfortunately I had to return it because it didn't suit the area I had intended for it, but this is nothing to do with the quality or product itself. The return process was super easy and the customer service was fantastic! Looking at the other products, I will definitely be ordering some outdoor cat kennels for my kitties when we move to the countryside!

Bought three hedgehog houses and two…
Bought three hedgehog houses and two packs of straw. I received three bowls and three packs of hedgehog food all for around £90 which I think is a good price for the quality. Predator proof and thicker wood than most for warmth and protection. Fast shipping and received in great condition.
