Don't bother ordering from this company

Placed order on March after 2 weeks requested up date and was told it was waiting for pick-up. One week later asked again, no response. Tried again several times after that to communicate with them via phone, chat and email. No response. Requested bank for a charge back, which has been refunded

Foster kittens are safe!

The cat cage is perfect for my foster kittens. It is well made and they love using the platforms and especially the hammock. They are safe and are loving jumping and playing inside this large cage.

'You are the most dishonest and worst…

'You are the most dishonest and worst company I have ever dealt with. You take peoples money and do not supply the goods. I would advise everybody never to deal with you. I still have not received my kitchen tidy bin which was ordered last January and you have the audacity to ask me to review my experience. How can you look at yourselves in the mirror and wonder why you do what you do. So you can rob us of our money.

Product wasn't fully functional since…

Product wasn't fully functional since the beginning and after 3 months stop working completely, I have email, call and go trough the live chat option several times and none wants to take responsibility, worst customer experience ever, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME

NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT 'HOME APPLIANCES PLUS' AT THIS STAGE!

REVIEW YOUR SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY?? HAHAHA!
I placed my order and made the payment, using gift voucher (which you had kindly given me and then totally olost any record of in your 'system') and credit card, on May 20 2022 (order no 73742). I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered after more than 10 weeks.
I was contacted some weeks ago by your company and asked if i would like to cancel my order and receive a refund...my answer was and still is NO!!
I WANT THE GOODS THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR IN MAY OF THIS YEAR.
Please get this sorted ASAP and perhaps spend a little more time on staff training in Customer Service and Warehouse Procedures instead of sending me multiple emails asking for 'glowing' reviews on your non-existent service and products that i haven't yet received.
My first purchase from your company was well handled and, as i was very happy, i gave you an excellent review, resulting in several friends and family placing orders with you...on reflection, i now realise that was probably a huge error in judgement!
Sadly, i think your company is/was a 'one hit wonder' as you tried to get to big to early and have now totally dropped the ball, letting down and disappointing many customers who supported you from the outset.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND STOP LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN...BECAUSE WITH OUT THOSE LOYAL AND SUPPORTIVE CUSTOMERS, YOU DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS AND YOUR STAFF DON'T HAVE JOBS!!

Sent me item missing parts

Sent me item missing parts, was supposed to send a replacement which never got sent and when I have made numerous attempts at following up stopped getting replies and things discussed during phone call were not followed up.
Not happy as this item was part of a kitchen reno it has end up costing me a lot extra money in the renovation greatly exceeding the cost of thw actual item.

Shocking experience
I will lodge a formal complaint to ombudsman
I tried to call you many times no answer. I tried to cancel through your website as you promised 1-2 weeks delivery and I told you I was moving in 4 weeks. No response. So I am no longer at the address and not have the goods. Bad show!!! :(
Also note I ordered on 2/5/22. This is the first contact I have (2/8/22) but still no direct advise if goods have been delivered. Very bad show:(

I was expecting a "seconds quality" but got A grade.

I ordered a stainless sink for my caravan that was a fantastic price. It took quite a while to arrive, but there was notifications of the delay. It was well packed and it was in perfect condition. I was actually expecting something with a scratch or a dent because it was so cheap, but it was not a seconds at all, it was perfect. So it took a while to arrive, but I was extremely happy with what I received. Cheers Mark

I had a night mare with homeappliance…

I had a night mare with homeappliance plus. I took me almost 3 months and many email interchanges. At the end, luckily I got help with the gentleman whose name is Robyn. Finally I got 2 items with a lot of headache.
Robyn is very good person, and if he works for other companies rather than homeapplicance plus, he will be prosperous.
This company is not reliable at all, avoid it.

I purchased an item in January 2022 and after 8 months I am still waiting for a refund on the faulty item.

I purchased an item in January 2022 and immediately found it was faulty (electrical fault). As requested, I took video to demonstrate the fault, returned the item and despite numerous contact with Home Appliances Plus, I still have not received a refund. It is now August and I am still out of pocket $100. The customer service team blame the warehouse, covid, postage and do nothing to take ownership of the problem. I have contacted the Fair Trade ombudsmun and I will never purchase anything from HAP ever again. I do not recommend this retailer.
