I have ordered a few things from HAP. One item took a while to arrive because of supply chain issues which the whole world is experiencing, but I got the product which was excellent quality and a really good price.

I will keep using their services!

Wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. As per everyone else who have ordered from them, items never received, called, emailed, promised refund, refund never arrived, no reply to any emails or phone calls, luckily my bank refunded my money. Do not use this company, how they are still in business and still ripping people off is beyond me. They are not even in Australia and use a BS Australian Business address. Buyer beware.

You never answer the phone , you lie about the products you have. You very rarely answer emails. You operate from a dodgy PO box.
Ive reported you to the ACCC

I am very happy with being able to purchase this sink for my new kitchen. Ihad quite a few issues with my shipping address, even though it states that you deliver to the A.C.T., I was unable to get help. I had to have my purchase sent through to the company installing my new kitchen & they will deliver it to me.

On the 11.03.22 paid for the kitchen sink.
For 20 days couldn't receive even tracking number.
Asked for refund.
Was advised that refund would be sent to me. On the 13 of April parcel was delivered.
Asked support team to send me the address where I could send it back. No email with address so far 29.08.22
Sent more than 50 emails, phoned 20 times. Every time: We will pass your concerns to our department.
Cannot reach them on the phone.
No reply to emails.
Never ever will use this company again.
Nothing changed after 5 months.
The worst company I ever saw

Absolutely a scam. Worst company. Takes money, blames covid for delays, then drops contact and doesn't refund. Stealing money, scammers!!

Good communication, item was as described.

I ordered a stand for my clothes dryer back on 6th June, 2022. Despite emailing 3 times I have heard NOTHING. I am super disappointed. If they see this and apologise and deliver my stand, I will delete this bad review. Please get onto it HAP. Not happy.

I’d give them zero stars if that was an option!
I ordered electric fencing for our livestock back on 11th April as our fencing was destroyed during floods (this they know as well as our house getting flood damaged too) I stressed to them I needed something!
I tried to keep updated on my order and had excuse after excuse as to why my order hadn’t been received yet, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I’m now just fed up! My phone calls go unanswered, the online chats are all automated with no help and I’m getting no response via emails!
My request for a refund is being ignored!
Until I receive my item my review will not change! It’s so disappointing that this is happening to so many people, let alone a young family that has been through a natural disaster and ordering something to assist their animals that managed to survive!

Home Appliances Plus are a great company to deal with. The products are exactly what you pay for. We have purchases 3 different items through them and i completely satisfied with every purchase.

Phone never gets answered. No return phone call. No email reply. Ordered a dual monitor stand in April. Not received by end of July. Order at your own risk and to your detriment.

LIKE ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLE WE WERE RIPPED OFF TO THE TUNE OF $400. WE ORDERED A HEAP OF THINGS AT ONCE, SOME THINGS DID TURN UP. SO WHEN THE 2 CUPBOARDS WERE DELAYED BECAUSE OF "COVID" WE WERE NOT WORRIED.

BUT AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND FACEBOOK MESSAGES WE REALISED IT WAS DODGY.

I STILL CANT BELIEVE THERE WEBSITE IS STILL IN OPERATION. BEWARE 😡😡😡.

I ordered a leaf blower online from this company which was supposed to take less than 10 days to deliver. (Of course the money came out of my credit card immediately). 6 weeks later after I finally remembered that I hadn't received it I tried to chase it up but their phone wasn't attended or answered. I finally got to talk to someone and i cancelled my order after which they promised a refund. A few days later the item arrived - a few weeks after that they were still offering a refund ... what the ??? Stay away from these people

Quick and speedy delivery very nice contractors took rubbish away no hassle

Order was never received, nor refund issued after requesting with their suggested forms. No communications thereafter even though followed up numerous times.
Currently under investigation with Consumer Affairs Victoria, so all the positive reviews must be lies.

Still waiting for my items - complaint made to bank. No return emails, no communication received.
No trust in this company at all.

I would give u minus 100 I still haven't got my refund
